Chuck Colson paper?

My fuzzy memory says that years ago Chuck Colson huddled together with a few other thinkers and produced a document which was a bit controversial at the time. It was not the evangelicals-catholics thing, but was another document that, from what I remember, made a statement to the effect of 'the US is going in such a direction that Christians should remove their mantle of blessing from the country' or something like that.

I looked but could not find anything like this. Anyone recall Colson doing something like this?
