    Hi everyone,

I attend a small baptist church in NW Georgia which is of similar faith and practice to the NHBA churches in Carroll, Haralson, Floyd, Polk, Paulding, and Cobb Counties. One of our preachers, who used to be moderator of the GA NHBA told me there used to be (or may still be) an Alabama NHBA with some churches up around the Cullman area. I am originally from Cullman County and was wondering if anyone has any information on the AL New Hope BA, along with what churches are (or were) in that association since I may be moving back to Northwest Alabama.

    Thanks!

Thanks, Bethelassoc. Those posts have a good amount of information regarding the Georgia Association. However, I have found very little information about the New Hope Association which was in Alabama. I've searched dozens of pages online and found nothing. The former Moderator I knew from the NHBA GA association mentioned visiting Eva Baptist Church in Eva, Alabama; besides that I am yet to find a record of any churches. The closest group of Baptists I have found are the Wills Creek United Baptist Association in Northeast Alabama.
