Christian Meaning

    Hi, just thought that I would post a thought prvoking question to the young people in this forum. The question is this, What does it mean to you as a young christian to BE a christian?

    To me it means being an example. The best way for any Christian who is maybe afraid or not sure how to tell others of Christ is to first be an example. You should be an example to your friends and listen to what they have to say and show them you care before you try to get them to come to Christ. My youth pastor always tells us "No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care!" That is a very important quote for me. The great thing about God is that when you don't have the words to say he will give them to you and if not,he will show them by the actions of others.
    Being a Christian means more then just that, but that's a start for the forum. Hope you understand what i mean. Always Remember Jesus Loves YOU!!! [​IMG]

    Megs84, Your Youth Pastor has given you the absolute truth! The first thing that people look at in your walk is, "YOUR WALK" If there is a professed walk but no evidence of Love (care) then what would they think? I certainly appreciate your youth pastor, and YOU for sharing. Praise God! :cool:
