Where do I say that God killed God.

I said that God the Father ordained that God the Son be sacrificed for the atonement of the elect.
God ordained that the leaders of Israel would reject the Messiah and the Roman ruler and soldiers would kill God the Son so that God's adopted children might be redeemed.

Do you struggle with grasping God's sovereignty?

If you say GOD killed Jesus Christ, you win.

He's on the ropes right here.

If God did not kill Jesus Christ then who did?

" Satan has nothing to do with God's design. Satan does not hold some part of God hostage. When God chooses to do something, it is all for His sovereign purpose and our opinion of God's purpose is irrelevant, short-sighted and childish."

    1. What do you mean by ordained?
    2. Jesus death was a corporate death for "all men", not just "the elect".

God had decreed/determined that Jesus would die for sinners, ad that His death would purchase back the elect of humanity, not all humanity!

You then call Jesus a Liar, as he said that the man blind was not due to his own sins, or his parents, as that was to be to the glory of God!

The death of Jesu was predertermined by the Father and Son, and He used sinners decisons to bring that to pass!

Isaiah ties into this, as it was the Will of God to crush him for our sins..

You've got to be kidding me?

If we were in the image of God we would be

    • immortal
    • sinless

God didn't put Jesus on a cross....The Romans, backed by the unbelieving Jews, did...

The Pharisees claimed that he was blind due to some sin (i.e., transgression)....The fact is he was blind because of the fall of Adam. No fault of his own this man's ancestors passed to him bad genetics. Because God has allowed, for a purpose, sin to progress Jesus used this occasion to bring glory to God.

It sounds to me like you guys believe God murdered Jesus Christ, giving us all these "rights" God has to murder Jesus Christ, rather then flat out saying he did or did not murder Jesus Christ.

    Which is it?

    John 9:3

"It was not because of his sins or his parents sins, Jesus answered. This happened so the power of God could be seen in him."

The man, being created blind by God, was not randomly created with no sight because of Adam's sin (not the sins of his parents...that goes back to Adam). God uniquely created the man without sight so that God might use his blindness for God's sovereign purpose.

IF that were the case scripture would have said he was transformed rather then HEALED, being that his original form is blind.

All it would have done is sovereignly prove God is an idiot. God is not an idiot who has to prove "purpose" to folks who would only "get it" if they themselves were healed too.

You want to blur the lines between God ALLOWING and GOD DOING.

Your gonna tap out soon brother, Cause your own make it up as you go along rules don't work when applied to Jesus Suffering.

If you say GOD killed Jesus Christ, you win.

I have no idea what you are arguing with me about.

Do you struggle with the term "ordained?"
