    Very much on topic!!!

    Why are taxes so high - due to the war on poverty - of which we have spent over 20 TRILLION dollars!!!
    not to mention the interest we have paid on that!

    I would not be surprised if Trump leaked it himself. It makes him look good, and people are now talking about his taxes and not health care.

    But their automatic bias makes it easy.

    Sure. You can find out how much he gives to charity. If he owns a large percentage of a foreign based company. If a foreign entity owns part of his companies. How much debt he is in, if his debt is to foreign banks, etc.

    It is when he brags about how much he's given to veteran's groups and other groups but when asked these people say they never received any money or it was less than Trump said it was.

    Could be he gave thur his company - or some other way that his name was not revealed.

    Back in the day - people wondered about the low % that Regan gave to charity - he said he gave more- but did not claim it on taxes because it was no ones business as too how much he gave.

    This was thoroughly investigated by a reporter over years and he found little to no evidence that the charities that Trump claimed to have donated money had ever received any money from either Trump personally, or Trump's companies.

    There is an investigation into whether or not Trump has ties to Russians. The Russians are accused of meddling in our election, which Trump won. His taxes would provide information concerning financial ties to Russians. It absolutely is our business.

    Usually I would agree with you that his charitable giving is none of our business. In fact, I was OK with Romney not releasing his taxes back in 2012 for this reason. But Trump brags about how much money he gives away and charities say they never receive the money.
