What a bunch of disjointed unrelated passages thrown together to create who in the world knows what. Good grief.

    I'm sure he misses this:

Rev 14:12 Here is the endurance of the set-apart ones, here are those guarding the commands of Elohim and the belief of Yeshua.

And we see Yeshua saying as much here:

Mat 5:19 “Whoever, then, breaks one of the least of these commands, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the reign of the heavens; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the reign of the heavens.

Most of you don't like or want to know this, "many are called, few are chosen", which is why it is so difficult for many of you to realize who the 144,000 are.

Nope, we realize it but the 144,000 has nothing to do with the few. This makes my point as the op is nothing but a bunch of disjointed scriptures presented as being related when they are not. This eisegetical approach to scripture never presents God correctly.

Then by all means enlighten us with your scriptures to prove to the contrary, you who are so seemingly wise.

Prove to whom? You? Do you even know the contexts of those passages? You make a mish mash list of scriptures and claim they are related but fail to show the contexts or how you see them related and then want me to spend time unwinding your disjointed pile of scriptures.

How about you show the connection between your scriptures and how the 144,000 is related to the few. Start there

So you cannot defend your op? Again what connects the verse Matthew 22:14 to Revelation 7:4? Is it simply the word "few"? Is it simply the word "chosen"?

What connects Revelation 14:4 to Thessalonians 4:16-17?

Is it your position that because God sealed us with the Holy Ghost that is the exact same seal used on the 144,00?

I could go on but that is enough for now.

How am I to defend when you haven't even provided scriptures nor valid reasons to prove to the contrary? All you are saying is your belief that the passages in the quoted from the gospels/epistles cannot connect with the passages in Revelation, no scriptures, no reasons. My guess is what I said, you just don't want it to, because knowing that so few are chosen is frightful for anyone who is clearly not knowledgeable in the Lord, for believing in this also requires understanding in other matters, like predestination. I have stated these passages connect with each other, quoted the scriptures, and even provided theological reasons why this must be. In a court of law, I would win, you would lose, because you have nothing.

I already did sir, you're asking me to redo something I've already done in the study. The "seal of the holy spirit" mentioned in the epistles is the "seal of the 144,000" mentioned in Revelation, I have just made one connection, and from Revelation being a book of symbols, which are interpreted using scripture, it is not so difficult to make this educated and sound connection. Now, you are more than welcome to provide your own connection, that will perhaps disprove mine, but I doubt you will, because I am right, and you are wrong. But by all means, try. This whole time you haven't tried at all, but just keep saying "no!", no different than a child who is told the sky is blue and just says "no!" for no apparent reason.

No you haven't. You are making a claim but you have not provided anything to substantiate that claim. Simply saying one is the other is not proof. Please break it down in scripture to show how the Holy Spirit seal in Ephesians is the exact same seal in Revelation.

    Educated? By whom?

There is no connection. The seal of the Holy Spirit in Ephesians is the indwelling of the HG. In Revelation the seal is a physical mark on the body. Context is king.

Now please go back and answer my questions.

Quoting the scriptures themselves is sufficient to prove a relation between scriptures, no different than, "thou shall not murder" in the Law, related to "murders will not inherit the kingdom of God" in the epistles. Both are obviously related, there doesn't need to be an extensive study with "proofs" and "evidences" to relate both scriptures. The seal, "sphragizó" in the Greek, mentioned in the epistles is related to the seal, "sphragizó" again, mentioned in Revelation, without a doubt. Obviously Revelation is a book of symbols, so a literal indwelling of the holy spirit (epistles) can figuratively fulfill a seal on the forehead (Revelation).

Bub, you have no "education" or training in properly exegeting scripture. I would encourage you to put yourself under some discipleship.

No of course not. Why in the world would anyone want any proof or evidence? Let's just make it up as we go, refuse to rely on the context of the passages and completely ignore the intent of the authors. That way we can make it say whatever we want to.

Yea? So how do we know this "without a doubt"?

A literal indwelling can figuratively fulfill? Are you even reading what you are posting? Can you say that out loud and feel good about it? This is nothing but jibberish. It has no meaning

You have still not offered any explanation yourself, except to try to discredit the truth, even trying to discredit me personally as "having no education", even though you've never met me to know what education I've had, or not had, to try to discredit what I am saying. There's nothing I can say or do to make you believe, even though I've already provided scriptures correlating them to each other, and this is because you simply do not want to believe. You are no different than,

“‘We played the flute for you, and you did not dance; we sang a dirge, and you did not mourn.’ (Matthew 11:17 [ESV])

Jesus Christ came eating and drinking, and they complained about him for being a glutton. And John came not eating and drinking, and they complained about him and said he had a demon. Just like the Pharisees, there's nothing I can do or say to make you believe, because you don't want to.

Let me ask you this, because clearly we will not agree on this topic, do you believe God has chosen who will be saved? Yes or no.

I asked you a question, "Let me ask you this, because clearly we will not agree on this topic, do you believe God has chosen who will be saved? Yes or no." I cannot argue about the 144,000 with someone who does not understand predestination. It is like teaching a 1 year old calculus.

This ought to be good, please tell me how you connect predestination to the 144,000
