Those are all great verses. Is Paul addressing the elect or pagans in his letter?

    All those faithful in Christ.

    Now my question:

Its true we are no longer strangers and aliens, one happy family, can you name and recognize one Saint, brother?

Because we who are faithful and elect in Christ know each other its not a mystery its OBVIOUS.

    1 John 3
10By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother.

    John 13

35By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Can you name someone living who is elect other then yourself like Christians can?

Those "in Christ" are the elect.

I can name people that I think are redeemed. Has God chosen them? That's for God to determine, not me.

Sounds like you don't know who the children of God are.
