BLM and Antifa Rescuing Houstonians.

Guys flying the Confederate battle flag rescuing black people tells us that the flag is not a symbol of racism to them. Those being rescued didn't seem to care what flag was flying. They got in the boat.

 

Never miss an opportunity to play the race card. Best way to attempt to flip public opinion on a person doing acts of service (fruits) during a dangerous situation like hurricane rescues. Liberal politics 101.

 

Although Oathkeepers does not fly a Confederate flag (would be awesome if they did), this reminds me of what happened in Ferguson, during the Obama-inspired riots.

The local black population was told that there was an armed white supremacist militia (Oathkeepers) that was coming to kill them. When they saw armed Oathkeepers taking up tactical and overwatch on top of buildings, they were naturally frightened after being told they were being hunted.

They quickly learned that the Oathkeepers were not there to hunt or kill them, but to protect them and their businesses.

The Oathkeepers became heroes to those minority business people that day and there are dozens of photos online of local minorities smiling and laughing with the Oathkeepers, knowing that they were with friends, in spite of the lies they had been told.

Now, of course, the vast, vast majority of Americans didn't know this because none of that was reported on CNN. It didn't fit the narrative.

Glad to see these guys helping their neighbors and dispelling another myth.

 

Nope the radical left would never lift a finger. They expect government to do that much like they never give to charities personally

 

I lived in Houston all my life and I can say with much conviction that I would rather endure hurricane after hurricane after hurricane then a Hillary Clinton Presidency. That would have been a disaster we would not have fully recovered from!

 

The only person I personally know who flies the "Confederate flag" is a black man. There are quite a few white folks around here that fly it, but I do not personally know them. I fly the third national, but most people have no clue what it is.

 

I seldom disagree with you, but I do on this one. Antifa and BLM are violent communist criminals funded by Soros and others to destroy the USA and bring about a French-style revolution so that they themselves can be in power. True, they would never lift a finger or donate a penny. And they are very cruel people--they want to put 85-year-old people in prison on political charges. But they do not want the government to help anyone--because they know that the government cannot do the job. They want people to suffer while they live the good life. Fidel Castro, for example, confiscated 25 mansions for himself and had the best of everything--wine, women, and song--while Afro-Cubans and others were cast into dungeons that resembled something in communist China and everyone went without food, shelter, and clothing. No, the left wants the money and power for themselves and they want everyone else to fend for themselves. The left wants the government only to serve them themselves.
