Interestingly enough, Scripture tells us that the opposite is true - that the church is a people called out from other people, sanctified to God; that the church is a people who strive for holiness and expel the 'wicked man'; that the church practices discipline in order to protect the congregation as well as to hopefully retain a brother who has returned to sin.

So the serial adulterer is welcome, even without repentance and a change of lifestyle?

But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people.

If sin is known publicly, then the sinner must be corrected by one of the faithful. If the sinner will not listen, then two or three of the faithful shall counsel him. If he still won't repent, then he is to be brought before one of the church leaders for counsel. If that fails, then he must be expelled.

What part of the world and people did Christ tell us to not witness to?

    I'll help you:

19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Yep, some would. I definitely would not. The Son of Sam might be a different story.

My personal philosophy is that you cannot evangelize well if you will not fellowship. If you won't eat and talk with me then your message is not of interest and I would know you do not really have a true interest in me.

I am not a member of the 'dip them and drop' them school of thought.

Yes we have on occasion had an outdoor cookout open to the community to let folks know a little more about our church.

Never had a serious problem. Some ate, drank and immediately left. No muggings, etc...

Admittedly the deacons (one a police officer) were alert to possible problems).

The scriptures state to us though that we are not to fellowship and partake of darkness, and to shun those who profess to know Jesus and yet live in a way displeasing to Him, in known unrepentant sinning, correct?

I do not see Jesus saying that and I follow and trust in Jesus.

As I said, if you will not fellowship with me then I know you have no real interest in my well being and you message is null and void.

What did Jesus say in the Great Commission?

he commanded us to tell all about the Gospel, AND disciple those who accepted the message, but we also have to add to that what the Apostles further added onto that in the Epistles, correct?

Only if they do not tell us to do something other than what Jesus commanded. I follow Jesus and trust him as my savior and I try to follow his commands. He did not just command us to tell the gospel, he told us to "Go ye into all the world ....." Jesus never told us to shy away from other people. He never promised a comfortable, risk free life. He said we are to go and trust him.

Do not let fear rule your life.

Some of Jesus last words "But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one."

Let's try to remember that the Disciples of Christ is the denomination which declared that Jesus Christ is NOT the only way to salvation. When they speak of 'table' they generally are talking about 'The Lord's Table'. They have open communion with anyone, Christian, Muslim, Pagan, Hindu, Unitarian, etc. This denomination makes The Episcopal Church look conservative.
