talking donkey

    will someone please tell me what chapter I can find the talking donkey who spoke to Paul.All I can find now is "great light shown and the voice of God was heard"I thought he heard this from a donkey.

    You are confusing the OT story of Baalam and his talking donkey. Paul heard the voice of Christ.

    Actually, the donkey has better-developed vocal cords than mankind has. What the donkey lacks is the BRAINS to make speech. However, for a brief period, Balaam's donkey was smarter than its rider. I guess Balaam was so angry over getting his ankle scarfed against the stone that he forgot to marvel that his donkey was talking to him.

    Actually, the donkey was smarter than a lot of people I know (self included!) He didn't speak till God told him too!

    My wife says that using a Jackass to speak isn't really that big of a deal. God does that at CrossPointe almost every week!
