    Others that call themselves geniuses:

    Bond villians

    Wile E. Coyote

    Who else?

Oh yeah, the President of the United States.

First there was Crooked Hillary, Lyin' Ted, Cryin' Chuck Schumer, etc.

    Was this Trump branding himself?

    "Stable Genius Donald Trump"

Yup. Sounds like he had a few minutes of spare time.

And I know precedent is frowned on in yer world but.......

"I think that I'm a better speech writer than my speechwriters. I know more about policies on any particular issue than my policy directors."

“I’m really good at killing people”.

    “Harry, I have a gift”.

Not the first prideful man to occupy the White House.

Muhammad Ali was the best at it. I think Trump gets a lot of inspiration from him. If you can back it up, it’s not bragging. And if it gets into the head of your detractors and makes them act like angry children and make stupid mistakes, it’s extremely effective.

And I loved Ali in his prime.

    You may carry on giggling.

Yup, Obama said stuff like that... over eight years in office. Trump says this sort of thing almost daily. Just this week he said he had a bigger nuclear button than Kim Jong Un. Today, there is "I'm like, really smart. A stable genius." Then there's was his challenge to take an IQ test to prove how smart he was. On and on it goes.

He needs to realize he's the President of the United States and no one on the planet is more powerful than he is. Why does he need constant affirmation?

And, yes, I'm gonna enjoy the tax cuts, I love the Gorsuch appointment, I love the regulation reversals, I love my 401k's, the Wall has had prototypes built, illegal immigration is down, etc. etc.

He needs to not change anything. He’s the most successful first termer in our lifetime.

That's debatable. I would argue that FDR was the most successful first termer. He got virtually everything he wanted on his agenda.

Legislatively, yeah, but the Supreme Court was striking down plenty of it in his first term.
