    The Governor wants to eliminate all toll collectors- on the NY State Thruway. He wants to have scanners
    to scan your license plate - then send you a bill - even if you dont have E-Z pass.

    My friend told me they do the same thing to cross the Ohio River between Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. The Ohio River is very beautiful. Kentucky people are very nice and kind.
