    Pray for my family. We recently got word there is a Stage IV Edenocarcinoma taking up residence in my esophagus--in the GERD zone. Full body chemo is the only Western option. Exploring Eastern options.

    Jesus said He would never leave nor forsake us. He is faithful, even when we are not.

    Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

    I have no idea what you are going through at this time my Brother and what path the Lord has laid out for you... I will send up prayers for you at Gods Throne of Mercy and Grace... He is faithful all the time... Trust in the Lord!... Brother Glen:)

    Thank you for the kind words, Bro. I am persuaded that we do not check out one second early or late. God is in control. Sometime it is good to have a wake up call on our mortality. If we are still in this world, God must have something for us to do.

    We have been through this sort of testing before, having had three heart surgeries including quad-bypass.

    God's Grace is sufficient.

    My caregiver, also my wife of 52 years, needs prayers.

    Being one myself twice I will definitely pray for her, the caregivers also bear a burden... I can look back on my life now and see where God was in control... I agree until God calls us home, he still has work for us to do... Brother Glen:)
