    Technically, I think it does. I am pretty sure that we feed our daughter whether she can afford it out of her allowance or not.

    Socialism will work in a Theocracy because everyone will work for the good of their neighbor rather than being greedy and just taking without giving. Pure Capitalism will also work under a Theocracy because those in "management" will not exploit their "workers" but show paternal concern for the welfare of all.

    Without God ... no system will work because it requires fallen people to act contrary to their innate nature.
