    How is it that all this is happening to President Trump, when Obama did far worse damage to the constitutional order while he was the President and nothing happened to him (or Hillary)?

    Right but their point is to poison the Trump presidential campaign with fabrications trying to nip in the bud its momentum.

    There is already evidence of a backfire - sentiment of DNC overreach for the fabrication of POTUS jail time has given evidence of an hysteric obsession with hurting Trump at the expense of the nation.

    In reality it is at the expense of negatively impacting several global warlike situations and our defense thereof.

    IF he is, would have to be after his 2 terms in office, as a sitting president cannot be charged, and that assumes that Pense would not pardon Him, and even more, must prove that what he did actually was a crime, as most experts see it as bad judgment, but no crime as in alleged illegal contributions to account!

    They are talking about 2021. However, if Trump is re-elected in 2020, the statute of limitations will have expired long before 2025. The Dems may run Beto because Biden, Sanders, and Hillary are all so old. Beto is being called the white Obama and is being compared to the Kennedys.

    Why did you feel compelled to misquote here? The phrase used was “to the constitutional order,” not “to the constitution.” Even if you cannot comprehend the difference, you should not use quote marks when changing the wording.

    Unless the economy tanks, or there is real proof of something illegal, we will have Trump until 2024, and Pense after that! Will be a replay of Reagan and Bush Sr!

    Hillary violated the Espionage Act and was not held to account for her crimes. The facts concerning what she did are not in doubt - she placed secret government documents on an unsecured private server. If I had allowed the secret stuff that I had access to while in the military out into the public domain like she did I would have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

    Obama violated the Constitution by making a new immigration law (DACA) all by himself, plus he lied all the time about everything. When our leaders are not held to account for their misdeeds, constitutional order and thus the Constitution itself has indeed been damaged. Why can't you not see that?
