    This is great news. I love seeing Democrats and other assorted liberals (who constantly run to the Federal Judiciary to overturn laws they don't like) all bent out of shape on this particular ruling. Finally, a Federal Judge who really does believe that the Constitution matters.

    But the ruling only came is because of the requirement which mandated requiring that people buy health insurance,

    Rob*rt's will rewrite the law, again, to "make it" constitutional.

    But remember - Roberts only upheld Obamacare because of the "tax" clause.
    Since that is no longer the case - so Roberts probably will uphold the federal judge decision

    I wouldn't trust Roberts ...at all.

    The "tax" decision, as convoluted and tortured as it was, served a political purpose.

    He will do it again...somehow.

    He agreed with the liberal dems that the mandate was really a tax and Congress could levy that, but since tax no longer mandated, Obamcare should be thrown into trash heap now!
