    Masonic Plan Of Redemption !

Redemption is a matter of self-improvement, morality, and good works, including obedience to the Mason’s obligation and all higher Masonic authorities. Faith in the atonement of Jesus Christ has nothing to do with it; it is a matter of enlightenment, step by step, which comes with initiation into the Masonic Degrees and their mysteries.

“By the lambskin the Mason is reminded of that purity of life and rectitude of conduct which are so essentially necessary to his gaining admission into the Celestial Lodge above, where the Supreme Architect of the Universe presides.” (Albert Mackey, “Encyclopedia of Freemasonry,” “Apron”)

“…and in Thy favor, may we be received into Thine everlasting kingdom, to enjoy, in union with the souls of our departed friends, the just reward of a pious and virtuous life. Amen. So mote it be.” (“Texas Monitor,” Masonic Burial Service, p.10)

“These three degrees (1st, 2nd, 3rd ) thus form a perfect and harmonious whole, nor can it be conceived that anything can be suggested more, which the soul of man requires” (Daniel Sickles, “Freemason’s Guide,” p.196)

“If we with suitable true devotion maintain our Masonic profession, our faith will become a beam of light and bring us to those blessed mansions where we shall be eternally happy with God, the Great Architect of the Universe.” (Daniel Sickles, “Ahimon Rezon or Freemason’s Guide,” p.79)

“Acacian: a term signifying a Mason who by living in strict obedience to obligations and precepts of the fraternity are free from sin.” (A. Mackey, “Lexicon of Freemasonry,” p.16)

“The dunces who led primitive Christianity astray, by submitting faith for science …have succeeded in shrouding in darkness the ancient discoveries of the human mind; so that now we grope in the dark to find again the key…” (Albert Pike, “Morals and Dogma”, 28th Degree, p.732)

“…salvation by faith and the vicarious atonement were not taught as now interpreted, by Jesus, nor are these doctrines taught in the esoteric scriptures. They are later and ignorant perversions of the original doctrines.” (J.D.Buck, “Mystic Masonry,” p.57)

The Masonic apron, which is worn at ceremonies, funerals, etc., measures approximately 14 inches wide, by 12 inches deep. It is white (emblematic of innocence and purity) and is made of lamb’s skin, which also represents innocence (Mackey, p. 302). Upon receiving the apron, Masons are told:

“If you wear it without soil or blemish, you will be received at the pearly gates of heaven and there be presented with the pure white robe of righteousness, which will glisten in brightness, increasing in glory even unto the perfect day” (Tennessee Craftsman, p. 60).

The call for repentance to any involed with this wicked group goes out !

    2 Corinthians 6:14-17
14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

While there are masons who live moral lives and are devoted to charitable work, even a moral life from cradle to grave falls short of God's requirement of His gift of grace which engenders faith apart from good works.

    Ephesians 2
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Look at my posts. I never endorsed Masonry as something with which a Christian should become involved.

I simply gave credit where credit is due and tried to subdue the false news, rumors and urban legends about masonry.

IMO It is not a substitute or an accompaniment for church.

There is only one plan of salvation: The Gospel of the Blood Atonement of Jesus Christ.

In one of my posts I indicated this and said "Choose". Folks seemed to have missed that one.

I suppose after choosing Christ atonement one could still be a lodge member but it would surely be a compromise.

Free masonry has done a masterful job of getting into Baptist churches for some time now, as they claim to be just another business organization, like the Gideons!
