Masonry is a religion....they have a plan of redemption.....they have a view of Christ you can see in the other threads.

But they also have baptism and communion.

Seems as though masons are not very forthcoming concerning their practices.

    MASONIC BAPTISM

“‘Masonic baptism’ is simply a lustration or purification by water, a ceremony which was common to all the ancient initiations” (Mackey, p. 107).

What sort of “purification” would one need to seek through Masonry, that is not found in Jesus Christ?

Most masons deny masonic baptism.....I have personally known two who were baptized......baptism of demolay is common.

Some of you won’t believe this.....do a search on amazon and you can buy a book of your choice about it.

Notice how Pikes book is expensive....that’s because he was their top authority.

Seems as though masons are not very forthcoming concerning their practices.

    Masonic Communion :

    Concerning Masonic Communion, Mackey writes:

“Consecrated bread and wine, that is to say, bread and wine used not simply for food, but made sacred by the purpose of symbolizing a bond of brotherhood, and the eating and drinking of which are sometimes called the ‘Communion of the Brethren,’ is found in some of the higher degrees, such as the Order of High Priesthood in the American Rite (p. 126).

The "Black Communion" of Maundy Thursday:

During this ceremony, Masons blaspheme the Lord. They make an evil, black mockery of His pure and selfless death, and the Lord's will that we take communion "in remembrance of Him."

To elaborate on this, take a good look at Masonry's 'Maundy Thursday' ceremony. We call it a 'Black Communion' where Masons chant words calling Jesus merely an "apostle of mankind" who was neither inspired nor divine!

In the Scottish Rite the Thursday before Easter, 'Maundy Thursday,' is an important day. On this day Masons always perform a special ceremony of 'Communion' in their local Scottish Rite Temple.

Dressed in long black, hooded robes during this Thursday ceremony, Masons chant:
"We meet this day to commemorate the death of our 'Most Wise and Perfect Master, not as inspired or divine, for this is not for us to decide, but as at least the greatest of the apostles of mankind.".

These are practices the lodge holds yet the apologists haven’t defended them.

Sounds more like a satanic ritual!
