Last night, Senate Democrats blocked a bill called the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Act. The media tells us that this was an “anti-abortion” bill. The blood-drenched scumbags of NARAL call it an “extremist” and “anti-choice” bill. Elizabeth Warrencalls it an attack on women. It was none of those things.

The legislation would not restrict abortion at all. It had nothing to do with “reproductive rights” or “choice” or “fetuses” or any handy euphemism. The point was simply to protect those children who are born after a failed abortion. Let me emphasize: the bill in question would have given legal protection to born, living, infant humans. Under the law, had it passed, hospitals would have been required to deliver basic medical care to these children:

“If an abortion results in the live birth of an infant, the infant is a legal person for all purposes under the laws of the United States, and entitled to all the protections of such laws. Any infant born alive after an abortion or within a hospital, clinic, or other facility has the same claim to the protection of the law that would arise for any newborn, or for any person who comes to a hospital, clinic, or other facility for screening and treatment or otherwise becomes a patient within its care."

The Democrats have gone full bore wacko. Kill, kill, kill is their mantra and they should be totally ashamed of themselves. The Democrat Party which outright despises the U.S. Constitution should be outlawed at this point.

These media sources are moderately to strongly biased toward conservative causes through story selection and/or political affiliation. They may utilize strong loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes), publish misleading reports and omit reporting of information that may damage conservative causes. Some sources in this category may be untrustworthy. See all Right Bias sources.

    • Overall, we rate The Daily Wire as a far right biased news source based on story selection that always favors the right and that is Mixed for factual reporting due to a few failed fact checks.

Regardless of some fact check about "far right" sources, the bill is real, 44 Democrats voted against it (including all 6 who claim to be presidential candidates), and Matt Walsh wrote his opinion about these Democrats who voted against it. All those facts check out.

Here is the bill itself, sans anyone's "biased" opinion: S.311 - Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act

Here's an interesting quote from Vox, which the Media Bias Fact Check cited above says has "Left Bias" and is factual.

Looks like this bill passed in the House last year.
The Senate Bill was first introduced January 24, 2017, and the House Bill was introduced December 21, 2017 and passed in January 2018.

The fact that you would attack the source and in doing so defend dem actions speak loudly and I mean loud.

From the text of the bill itself, “To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit a health care practitioner from failing to exercise the proper degree of care in the case of a child who survives an abortion or attempted abortion…(1) If an abortion results in the live birth of an infant, the infant is a legal person for all purposes under the laws of the United States, and entitled to all the protections of such laws. (2) Any infant born alive after an abortion or within a hospital, clinic, or other facility has the same claim to the protection of the law that would arise for any newborn, or for any person who comes to a hospital, clinic, or other facility for screening and treatment or otherwise becomes a patient within its care.”

What couldn't vote for that? (44 Democrats, apparently.)

Wow: even when they are reporting the truth? Seems to be quite convenient to simply claim bias, doesn't it?

    Regards,
