Gee, and I though the Constitution guaranteed all citizens the freedom to associate with those they choose to associate with. How did the court miss that solid constitutional proclamation?

 

The courts don't uphold the Constitution anymore, they're merely a rubber stamp for progressivism. The ideology of Statism and Progressivism is so ingrained in every aspect and level of our government that every decision is affected by it. We don't have a justice system, we have an injustice system.

I know it's a broken record, but we really are entering 1984 almost word for word. We've got groupthink and newsspeak. Dare to think otherwise, or dare to speak non-PC and you lose your job, you lose your ability to make money (banks refusing to do business with Conservatives, Paypal too), etc. The country will unfortunately violently split along rural/urban/political and racial divides at some point, lest Christ come soon.

I wonder if Californians in general could simply be excluded from membership instead. If I owned the business I'd be willing to take the hit before I'd let my respectable business be overrun with liberal perversions.
