    Well the balloon would never have made it to the street and even if so the deflator would be in the hospital or something worse.

    "Based Amy" (whatever) did it for publicity, she live streamed it herself. The balloon was stupid and rather disrespectful but the thing cost over six thousand dollars, Amy should have to recompensate,
