It’s a mixed marriage of a certain kind. He was a Trump supporter all along and she detested the man.

But these days, they agree on one big thing: The president will be re-elected. Easily.

“Easily?” I asked, making sure I heard them correctly. Yes, they insisted, with her nodding as he said Democrats had gone bonkers and voters would respond by giving Trump four more years.

The recent Manhattan conversation would be insignificant except that it dovetails with national trends, namely a growing belief that Dems are not coming back to this world anytime soon. The election is still a long way off, but there is no sign that the radicalism surging through the party can be put back in the bottle before the election. What we see now is likely what voters will see in 2020.

One of many defining moments among the presidential contenders and pretenders came with their unanimous support for giving illegal immigrants free health care. They raised their hands to signal yes, as if the question was a no-brainer.

Implicit in their so-called compassion is an invitation for millions and millions more to cross the border and get free care. Free, of course, except to American taxpayers.

At this point hoping against hope to keep congress.

If not and he wins Trump will go on a rampage of legislation.

But yes its a ways off yet.

“At this point hoping against hope” that this is just a very sarcastic comment!

I shudder to think Trump looses and the Dems gain the senate. As much as I pray for a national revival, I can’t help but believe God has lifted His hand off of this nation. With the LGBTQP+ pushing their agenda(s), the cry for the right to murder unborn babies, God is not pleased in this.

Also, several states Trump won in 2016 were really close, so how much will it take to flip Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan from red to blue?

    Trump won PA by 0.7%.
    Trump won MI by 0.3%.
    Trump won FL by 1.2%.
    Trump won WI by 0.7%.

Seeing that no low is too low for the Dems, they will use any and all tactics to win.

As much as I think Trump will win, a few states could be easily flipped by just a fraction of votes.

I think this time around SG the general public and most important independents and undecideds have greatly swung over to Trump as they have seen first hand the deviance of the Progressive Globalists tactics and are disgusted with their unabashed Jesuit the-ends-justify-the-means strategy.

    Trump will easily win.

Of course extra-ordinary happenings are possible considering their source.

Also some of the big GOP donors that refused to support Trump last time has come around according to reports. He should have more money this time.

Two days ago I'd agree. I still agree, but only if President Trump can hold his tweets. The last one was a whopper of an error (the redeeming quality being that most of America hopefully agrees with his motivation....the DNC are anti-American....but they are Americans).

I do except the parts that are fiction (our unAmerican Democrats did not come from under another government....they are home grown terrorists).

long way off to call, but unless thinks change drastically, he'll be on term 2 which I always dread, lame ducks never do well, but then Trump is a different sort of duck.

    Oh, he will.

Trump's re-election efforts announce $105 million fundraising haul

the powers of the incumbency in play here, there is no divisive primary to go through this time for Trump. I've always heard the GOP winner should run to the right for the primaries, then scramble back to the center for the general, but the D should run to the left, then go the center. That will be a bigly, virtually impossible walk.
