The only way to truly come even close to stopping abortion is through the spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ. It cannot be done by reversing Roe v. Wade as that would simply return us to the status quo ante. Half the states would continue as is and those in the other half would be provided transportation by pro-choice groups. Hearts have to be changed through the effectual work of the Holy Spirit.

 

Overturning Roe would do as you suggest, but that is not how abortion will be outlawed. The case will come to the SCOTUS as an equal protection case. If the courts rule the baby is a person, then the unborn baby will have full 14th Ammendment protection, thus immediately outlawing abortion in all 50 states.
