    I don't remember Clower. Believe it or not Indianapolis used to have a lot of Southern Gospel and they played Wendy Bagwell on the Southern Gospel radio station. That's all gone now and it is a great loss. Indianapolis has gone downhill.

    Mark 16 outlaws anything 'Charismatic'.

    14 "Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen."

    "unbelief" and "believed not" in verse 14 are related to "them that believe", meaning the assembled eleven Jesus was Speaking to, as His Organized church in Corporate capacity.

    In verses 17 & 18, "them", and "they", are referring to the 11, who HAD HAD "unbelief" and "believed not" WITH RESPECT to JESUS' RESURRECTION, in verse 14.

    THE 11, who HAD HAD "unbelief" and "believed not" WITH RESPECT to JESUS' PHYSICAL RESURRECTION, in verse 14.
    are THE SAME 11, related to "them that believe", IN VERSE 17, which includes "the signs", in verse 17 and 18.

    17 "And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

    18" They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."

    ...

    THE "he that believeth" and "he that believeth not" DO NOT REFER TO THE 11, in verse 15 and 16 which contains a restating of a portion of The Great Commission that Jesus Committed to His churches.

    "he that believeth" and "he that believeth not" DO NOT REFER TO THE 11, in verse 15 and 16:

    15 "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

    Mark 16:16; "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned."

    "he that believeth" and "he that believeth not", in verse 15 and 16, IS BEING SPOKEN ABOUT THE UNSAVED PERSON'S, SPIRITUAL BELIEF or NOT.
    ...

    The "he that believeth" and "he that believeth not", in verse 15 and 16, that is BEING SPOKEN ABOUT THE UNSAVED PERSON'S, SPIRITUAL BELIEF or NOT,

    Has NO RELATION to
    THE 11, who HAD HAD "unbelief" and "believed not" WITH RESPECT to JESUS' PHYSICAL RESURRECTION, in verse 14.
    that are THE SAME 11, related to "them that believe", IN VERSE 17, which includes "the signs", in verse 17 and 18.

    17 "And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

    18" They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."

    ...

    "signs" that followed the 11 WERE NOT PROMISED, or "Given", or EVER Received, by The "he that believeth" and "he that believeth not", in verse 15 and 16, that is BEING SPOKEN ABOUT THE UNSAVED PERSON'S, SPIRITUAL BELIEF or Not.

    There is No "Charismatic" movement Recorded in The Law of The Great Lawgiver.
