If you don't believe in abortion, why do you belong to a denomination that is pro-choice and has abortion Mills running 7 days a week including the Sabbath?

Your refusal to discuss the OP here only shows you have no scriptures to support your Catholic teaching and tradition that breaks the commandments of God. Does this not worry you brother? It should. All those who knowingly break any one of God's Commandments stand guilty before God of sin *JAMES 2:10-11. Spreading misinformation does not help your case. If you have scripture to share than share it. If you do not, than believe God's Word and be honest.

Only God's Word is true and we should believe and follow it.

If you truly desire to live by God's Law by all means do it, but God is not fooled by your half measures of Saturday worship only. There are over 600 other things that you must abide by in order to be acceptable to Jehovah God and it you are not also doing them then your clinging to Saturday worship in spite of over 2000 years of Christian teaching is in vain.

For me, I'll continue to worship on Sundays and continue to enjoy pork products.

And what questions would that be? I already told you I do not believe in or practice abortion. I also already told you that you spreading misinformation does not help your case. Abortian is not an official statement of believe but only a guideline in respect to complications of pregnancy that may effect the life of the mother which gives the mother the option to choose between her life and the life of the unborn.

You make out by ommission of truth that the SDA Church beleive something they do not believe. You can read what they teach here if your interested to get your facts straight here; here and here

The OP is not about abotion or your questions now is it?

I can understand your refusal to discuss the questions in the OP though as they only show why many are following man made traditions that break the commandments of GOD. JESUS says all those who "KNOWINGLY" follow man made traditions are not following God *MATTHEW 15:3-9. If you are not following God's WORD by following man made traditions that are against Gods' WORD who are you following?

God's sheep hear His Voice (the Word of God) and follow him. Those who do not hear are not God's sheep.

God is my judge not you. Please read ROMANS 2: 1-13. Now I guess from your response here you have not a single scriptures to support your Catholic teaching and tradition that breaks the commandments of God. Does this not worry you brother? It should. All those who knowingly break any one of God's Commandments stand guilty before God of sin *JAMES 2:10-11. Spreading misinformation does not help your case. "JESUS is telling the truth." Then if he didn't mention the sabbath its good enough for me.

"What LAW is he quoting? Yep the 10."
Never a question, Hence “Which ones?”
Jesus Could have replied.....well ALL OF THEM.

He specified which ones, Sabbath is not one.

"Or are you trynig to argue that we do not have a duty of LOVE to God any more "

That was is built into Honor your Mother and Father & Love your neighbor as yourself.

Which number is Love your neighbor as yourself?

2ndly the ultimate goal is not a obligation to love God its just loving God.
If done out of chored out obligation then its not actually love is it?

Sunday has been kept holiest of days and you can blame that on the PERFECT WORSHIP of Jesus Christ Rising from the dead.

You can take all of mankinds worship even to other gods and put it one end of a scale for sabbath.......and put Jesus act of worship in the ressurection of sunday.

And Jesus has wrecked the entire scale. SUNDAY IS THE HOLIEST DAY.

Sabbath served as a sign. Before Moses no one kept the sabbath. to Jesus' rest in which he was rest when he died.
It served as the shadow of the comming of Jesus.

This is what you have to face.

Which ones? He did not say ALL OF THEM and He did not say SABBATH.

He did however say don't murder. But we won't be seeing you start any threads against abortion any time soon will we?

Nope none of your words are scriptures and nothing that you have said here are Gods' WORD that addresses anything in the OP.

    1. But no one is saved by keeping the commandments and never were. No one exept Christ has kept the commandments.
    2. Jesus said: John 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you..
    3. In the council held in Jerusalem the only things laid on the gentile believers was: Meat offered to idols, things strangled, blood, fornication Acts 15:29 No mention of keeping ANY days.

The verse you listed DOES NOT say to keep the 10 commandments, it says to keep the “whole law”. The WHOLE LAW is a great deal more than just the 10 commandments.

[Lev 19:1-37 NLT] 1 The LORD also said to Moses, 2 "Give the following instructions to the entire community of Israel. You must be holy because I, the LORD your God, am holy. 3 "Each of you must show great respect for your mother and father, and you must always observe my Sabbath days of rest. I am the LORD your God. 4 "Do not put your trust in idols or make metal images of gods for yourselves. I am the LORD your God. 5 "When you sacrifice a peace offering to the LORD, offer it properly so you will be accepted by God. 6 The sacrifice must be eaten on the same day you offer it or on the next day. Whatever is left over until the third day must be completely burned up. 7 If any of the sacrifice is eaten on the third day, it will be contaminated, and I will not accept it. 8 Anyone who eats it on the third day will be punished for defiling what is holy to the LORD and will be cut off from the community. 9 "When you harvest the crops of your land, do not harvest the grain along the edges of your fields, and do not pick up what the harvesters drop. 10 It is the same with your grape crop--do not strip every last bunch of grapes from the vines, and do not pick up the grapes that fall to the ground. Leave them for the poor and the foreigners living among you. I am the LORD your God. 11 "Do not steal. "Do not deceive or cheat one another. 12 "Do not bring shame on the name of your God by using it to swear falsely. I am the LORD. 13 "Do not defraud or rob your neighbor. "Do not make your hired workers wait until the next day to receive their pay. 14 "Do not insult the deaf or cause the blind to stumble. You must fear your God; I am the LORD. 15 "Do not twist justice in legal matters by favoring the poor or being partial to the rich and powerful. Always judge people fairly. 16 "Do not spread slanderous gossip among your people. "Do not stand idly by when your neighbor's life is threatened. I am the LORD. 17 "Do not nurse hatred in your heart for any of your relatives. Confront people directly so you will not be held guilty for their sin. 18 "Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against a fellow Israelite, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD. 19 "You must obey all my decrees. "Do not mate two different kinds of animals. Do not plant your field with two different kinds of seed. Do not wear clothing woven from two different kinds of thread. 20 "If a man has sex with a slave girl whose freedom has never been purchased but who is committed to become another man's wife, he must pay full compensation to her master. But since she is not a free woman, neither the man nor the woman will be put to death. 21 The man, however, must bring a ram as a guilt offering and present it to the LORD at the entrance of the Tabernacle. 22 The priest will then purify him before the LORD with the ram of the guilt offering, and the man's sin will be forgiven. 23 "When you enter the land and plant fruit trees, leave the fruit unharvested for the first three years and consider it forbidden. Do not eat it. 24 In the fourth year the entire crop must be consecrated to the LORD as a celebration of praise. 25 Finally, in the fifth year you may eat the fruit. If you follow this pattern, your harvest will increase. I am the LORD your God. 26 "Do not eat meat that has not been drained of its blood. "Do not practice fortune-telling or witchcraft. 27 "Do not trim off the hair on your temples or trim your beards. 28 "Do not cut your bodies for the dead, and do not mark your skin with tattoos. I am the LORD. 29 "Do not defile your daughter by making her a prostitute, or the land will be filled with prostitution and wickedness. 30 "Keep my Sabbath days of rest, and show reverence toward my sanctuary. I am the LORD. 31 "Do not defile yourselves by turning to mediums or to those who consult the spirits of the dead. I am the LORD your God. 32 "Stand up in the presence of the elderly, and show respect for the aged. Fear your God. I am the LORD. 33 "Do not take advantage of foreigners who live among you in your land. 34 Treat them like native-born Israelites, and love them as you love yourself. Remember that you were once foreigners living in the land of Egypt. I am the LORD your God. 35 "Do not use dishonest standards when measuring length, weight, or volume. 36 Your scales and weights must be accurate. Your containers for measuring dry materials or liquids must be accurate. I am the LORD your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt. 37 "You must be careful to keep all of my decrees and regulations by putting them into practice. I am the LORD."

We have shared numerous scripture passages that sustain our claim of Sunday worship, you on the other hand have remained obstinate in not accepting the new law that was given to us by Jesus Christ.

Once again I will ask, do you eat kosher? If not, then you are in violation of the old law you are so desperate to maintain.

Our friend will not obey the whole law, just the one he has singled out so therefore he is in violation of the law and is thus unacceptable to God.

We don't go to church on Sunday to celebrate the Sabbath, but to celebrate the Resurrection. And, getting us Sunday churchgoers to a Saturday church requires more than just an argument about the Sabbath, but also a Saturday denomination without other fringe baggage.

God does not COMMAND us to observe a particular day, as all of them now are to be observed as Holy unto the Lord, but we are to gather on a day to pray, worship, learn of God... You are free in Christ to worship Saturday, but I am free to observe Sunday.

The Sabbath is Saturday. This is how the early Church worshipped.

But to each his own. Because remember it is not the letter that saves but grace.

Bear in mind Gentiles who had no knowledge of the word of God recieved the Spirit upon believing. The moral law was written on their hearts, which is God's heart on the matter.

Saturday or Sunday, what matters is if you worship the Lord. Truely from a pure heart.

Apparently, 3rd Angel, you only wanna follow those parts of the law that your guru Mrs. White decreed are "official" & part of your cult's policy. And at the same time, your cult commits blasphemy by calling JESUS the archangel Michael, again because Mrs. White said so.

But Paul, writing under inspiration from GOD, said that such things as Sabbaths are a matter of conscience, not a requirement. And other Scriptures were posted several times that showed the early Church, which was almost all Jewish, met on Sundays. But GOD didn't condemn them for it.

    Thanks for this :).

Now what commandments would they be? Yep the 10 commandments. Are you trying to argue that there is only 6 of the 10 commandmenets that we are to obey now and not 10?

How many commandments are in the 10 commandments; 6; 9; 613? Here is a hint what does God's WORD say? *DEUTERONOMY 10:4.

According to Gods' WORD in the NEW COVENANT if we break any one of God's 10 Commandment we stand guilty before God of sin *JAMES 2:10-11.

Now do you have any scripture that answers any of the questions in the OP? Nope! You have not provided a single one.

Do you have any scripture that says Gods' 4th commandments which is one of God's 10 commandments has been abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day? Nope you do not have a single one.

If you do not have a single scripture to support this man made teaching and tradition that breaks the commandments of God does not not worry you? It should, JESUS says those who "KNOWINGLY" do so are not following God.

Many will be dissappointed come judgment day when they had the chance to hear Gods' WORD and chose to turn away from it only to find out too late they lost everything they throught they were gaining *MATTHEW 7:22-26.

Hi David some comments for your consideration below..

    1. No one said we are saved by keeping Gods' Commandments. We are saved by grace through faith *EPHESIANS 2:8-9. The purpose of God's Commandments is to give us a "KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL" SIN AND RIGHTEOUSNESS *ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; PSALMS 119:172; 1 JOHN 3:4. If we break any one of them we stand guilty before God of sin. If we sin willfully when we have been given a "KNOWLEDGE" of the truth there remains no more sacrifice for sin but a fearful looking forward to the judgment to come *HEBREWS 10:26-39.

    2. No one LOVES JESUS by breaking his commandments *JOHN 14:15

    3. The council of Jerusalem was never about God's 10 commandments it was about answering the question; Is "CIRCUMCISION" a requirement for salvation *ACTS 15:1-2. "CIRCUMCISION" was a shadow law from the MOSAIC BOOK OF THE law that pointed to a "NEW HEART BY FAITH" *HEBREWS 8:10-12; ROMANS 2:29.

Sorry brother you are in error here.

May you receive Gods' Word and be blessed.

    Your response...
Sure it does it even mentions in these scriptures examples of God's 10 Commandments in thou shalt not commit adultery and thou shalt not murder *EXODUS 20:13-14. Did you read JAMES 2:10-11?
