OK up to 10 pages so far and not a single scripture that answers a single question in this OP?

Does anyone want to get back to the OP now?

The challenge I am putting up here in the OP is for anyone to show even one scripture that says God's 4th Commandment of the 10 commandments (Exodus 20:8-11) which was spoken and written by God himself to his people, has been abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day.

Can anyone please show me where in all the bible does is say (SOLA SCRIPTURA; Scripture only please)...

    1. That God's 4th commandments 7th day Sabbath has been abolished?

    2. That Jesus is a Sabbath?

    3. The Sabbath (seventh day) was ever changed from the seventh to the first day of the week?

    4. Where we are told to keep the first day of the week holy?

    5. Where the first day of the week (Sunday) is ever called a holy day?

    6. That says that Jesus ever kept the first day (Sunday)?

    7. That tells us to keep the first day in honour of the resurrection of Christ?

    8. Where the first day is ever given any sacred name?

    9. That affirms that any of the apostles ever kept the first day as the Sabbath?

    10. From any apostolic writings that authorizes Sunday observance as the Sabbath of God?

    11. Where we are told not to work on the first day of the week?

    12. That says the seventh day is no longer God's Sabbath day?

    13. That says the seventh day Sabbath is ABOLISHED?

    14. Where the apostles ever taught any convert to keep the first day of the week as a Sabbath?

    15. Where the first day was ever appointed to be kept as the Lord's Day?

    16. Where the first day of the week is ever called the Lord's Day?

    17. That says that the first day of the week was ever sanctified and hallowed as a day of rest?

    18. That says that the Father or the Son (Jesus) rested on the first day of the week?

    19. That says that Jesus, Paul or any other of the apostles taught anyone to observe the first day of the week as the Sabbath?

    20. That calls the seventh day the “Jewish Sabbath” or one text that calls Sunday the “Christian Sabbath”?

    21. Telling man to keep the first day of the week holy or to worship or rest on the first day of the week?

    22. Authorizing anyone to set aside God's Sabbath and observe any other day?

    23. Showing any of the apostles keeping the first day of the week as the Sabbath?

    24. Authorizing someone to set aside the fourth Commandment and observe any other day of the week?

    25. Where any apostle taught us to keep the first day of the week as the Sabbath?

    26. Declaring that the seventh day is no longer the Eternal Sabbath day?

    27. Where Sunday is now appointed to be kept as the New Testament Sabbath or holy day?

    ...................

Something to think about here because we are all accountable to God come judgment day where we will all be judged by the Word of God (John 12:47-48).

God's Word makes it very clear that if we follow the teachings of men over the Word of God we are not following God...

    MATTHEW 15:3-9 [3],
[3], But he answered and said unto them, Why do you also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?
[4], For God commanded, saying, Honor your father and mother: and, He that curses father or mother, let him die the death.
    [5], But you say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift devoted to God, whatsoever you might have received from me;
[6], And honors not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have you made the commandment of God void by your tradition.
[7], You hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying,
[8], These people draw near unto me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
[9], But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

If we are KNOWINGLY breaking ANY of God's commandments we are not worshipping God.

    Look forward to your thoughts...

3rdAngel does not worship God - got it.

Because you insist that the Sabbath needs to be kept still and you are violating it right and left.

Hello Marty, did you have any scripture to share to address the scriptures in the OP? I suggest brother you read ROMANS 2:1-13. May you receive God's WORD and be blessed.

What? Your post makes no sense. I will let God be my judge. I do not judge you. It is the Word of God that will be our judge come judgment day *JOHN 12:47-48 not you *ROMANS 2:1-13. If you have God's WORD to share in realtion to the OP than share it. If you haven't be honest and believe and follow God's WORD. According to JESUS those who knowingly follow man made traditions that break the commandments of God are not following God *MATTHEW 15:3-9. The question we must ask ourselves is who do we believe and follow; GOD or man?

May you receive God's WORD and be blessed.

Yep, maybe you should rename your avatar “Sinslave”. Because you just can’t help breaking the Sabbath you are so in love with.

So I guess that means you have no scripture do you. If you have no scripture to address any of the questions in the OP than who do you follow? God's WORD or the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of GOD? I will leave this between you and God. Does this now worry you? It should. We all stand before God come judgment day.

You just can’t help it can you. You once again are breaking the Sabbath by forcing others to work for you.

In fact you publically broke it twice once more for the silly prayer emoji and another time for another message where you try to put me down but end up condemning yourself once again.

Now Rob aren't you the funny one in your own view daring to mock God's Word?

Guess it will not be that funny standing before God on judgment day having to give an account of yourself before God for mocking his Word. Will you be making the same jokes about his Word in his presence? Do you know where ever we are and whatever we say or do God it is as if we are in God's presence today for which we will be accountable to God?

It is amazing how those that do not have God's WORD to supoport their traditions that break the commandments of God accuse those who have God's WORD of things that are not true.

The religious teachers in the days of Jesus said that he had a devil and his followers were a cult this was also independently verifiable in the days of Jesus and the Apostles. Just ask the Jews who hung Jesus on the cross (John 7:20; John 8:48; 52; Matt 10:25 12:24; Acts 28:22).

This could be said of all those who followed Jesus throughout time even before Jesus the religious teachers of the day killed the prophets sent to them by God to share God's WORD (Luke 11:47; Matt 23:31)

Stephen was stoned to death it was independently verified that he was blaspheming because no one could argue with the scriptures that he was presenting (Acts 6:8-15).

Paul, Peter and most of the Apostles were also executed because it was independently verified by the religious teachers of the day that they could not respond to God's WORD they were sharing with them.

Not to mention all those of the reformation and the birth of Protestantism and the inquisition of the Roman Catholic Church which executed millions of God's people because it was independently verified by the Roman Catholic Church that they were all heretics and should be burned at the stake.

Now today you call heretic or cult because it is independently verified because you cannot respond to the scriptures that disagree with your Catholic traditions which has led many to break God's Commandments?

ONLY God's WORD is true and you do not have it to support your tradition that breaks the commandments of God. The WORD of God is sent to help you have a closer walk with God but you reject God's WORD in order to follow the traditions of the fathers.

    Jesus and Paul spoke correctly quoting Isaiah;

Well spoke the Holy Spirit by Isaiah the prophet unto our fathers, Saying, Go unto this people, and say, Hearing you shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing you shall see, and not perceive: For the heart of this people is stubborn, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

Something to think about who do we BELIEVE and FOLLOW? The teachings and traditions of men that break the Commandments of God or the WORD of GOD. Jesus says those who follow man made traditions that break God's Commandments are not following him...

MATTHEW 15:2-9 [2], Why do your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread. [3], But he answered and said to them, Why do you also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? [4], For God commanded, saying, Honor your father and mother: and, He that curses father or mother, let him die the death. [5], But you say, Whoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatever you might be profited by me; [6], And honor not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have you made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition. [7], You hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, [8], This people draws near to me with their mouth, and honors me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. [9], But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

It is very clear according to Jesus if we follow the teachings and traditions of men that break the Commandments of GOD we are not following God.

In times of ignorance God winks at but now ,<when a KNOWLEDGE of the truth has come> calls all men everywhere to REPENT (FOLLOW) (Acts 17:30-31).

    .......................

SIN is the breaking of God's Commandments (James 2:9-11; Romans 7:7; 1 John 3:4)
Those who CONTINUE in UNREPENTANT SIN will NOT enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

    .......................

God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) If we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12). If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has led many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

There is not one scripture in all of God's Word that says that God's 4th Commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to KEEP Sunday as a Holy day.

Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

You are confused dear brother and very judgmental *ROMANS 2:1-13. Sharing Gods WORD with you is not putting you down it is sharing God's WORD. If you feel convicted by the Word of God shared with you it is God's WORD not mine and you should receive it as a blessing that it is God's Spirit talking with you and calling you.

Receive God's Word and be blessed. Ignoring it does not make it dissappear as it will be our judge come judgment day *JOHN 12:47-48

God's Sheep hear His Voice (the Word) and follow him. Those who do not hear do not follow and are not God's Sheep *JOHN 10:1-10; JOHN 10:26-27.

And he condemns himself again. What is this? Three more times you’re breaking the Sabbath that you are so in love with.

Have you found enough people to stone yourself tomorrow? Because that is what the OT says should happen to you for breaking the Sabbath.

Don’t you consider it at least a little bit hypocritical to condemn others for not keeping the Sabbath when you so flagrantly and openly dishonor the Sabbath yourself?

As posted earlier, I do not judge you *ROMANS 2:1-13 or do I mock you. It is God's WORD that will be our judge come judgment day *JOHN 12:47-48. You either have God's WORD for your faith or you do not. It seems you do not. Only God's WORD is true and we should believe and follow it. ROMANS 3:4.

I have only shared God's WORD with you but it seems you neither believe or follow. How sad would it be in that day thinking you have salvation but did not because you had the chance to hear God's WORD and chose instead to turn away from it in order to follow man made teachings and traditions that break the commandment of God only to be told by JESUS depart from my you who work iniquity I never knew you *MATTHEW 7:22-26 because you did not know the day of your visitation.

God's WORD (not me) says in these times of "IGNORANCE" God winks at but when we receive a "KNOWLEDGE" of the truth calls all men to believe and follow his Word *ACTS 17:30-31. If at this time we "SIN WILLFULLY" after we receive a "KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH" there remains no more sacrifice but a fearful looking forward to the judgment to come. It is a fearful think to fall into the hands of the living God *HEBREWS 10:26-39

My prayer for you brother is that you will receive God's WORD and be blessed.

Without any doubt, Titus 1:2; 1 John 5:9-13.

And is how we know the Sabbath was first originally given to Mose to give to the people of Israel. ". . . the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, . . ." -- Exodus 31:16-17. ". . ." And its larger context of what God told Israel.

Nope! JESUS says that the SABBATH was made for mankind and he is the LORD of it *MARK 2:27-28. The SABBATH was made before sin, before Israel before Moses and before any Jew when mankind was in perfect harmony with God and when there was no need for God's plan of salvation *GENESIS 2:1-3.

Yeah, you’re right I don’t believe in keeping the Sabbath as a strict law. But you do! So why are you continuing to dishonor the law of the Sabbath by continuing to post on Saturday and requiring others to work today to deliver your messages?

You then use the same passages out of the Bible which condemn yourself. You use them repeatedly without bothering to read them yourself.

Why don’t you read John chapter 9 and ask yourself who you sound like. Unfortunately, I doubt you will humble yourself enough to let God speak to you.

My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you... - Galatians 4:19

The main focus I would like to see is Christ formed in the believer. In the old revival days you could tell when the Christ was formed by the change of countenance. And if that change was not present they would tell you to come back tomorrow night! And smile a little as they said it. Once the Christ came shinning through the heart everyone would sense it and rejoice in that change.

SDA still have their heads in legalism. I cannot sense the Christ in the experience!

Ok friend I see our conversation is only upsetting you. You are free to believe and do as you wish. I do not judge you *ROMANS 2:1-13. We all answer only to God come judgment day. I wish you only the best and pray I may see you in God's Kingdom. We either have Gods Word for our faith or we do not. It seems you do not. Does this not worry you? It should. This will be our last exchange here.

May God bless you as you seek him through his Word. Ignoring Gods WORD does not make it disappear.

Christ is not formed in the believe by those who continue in known unrepentant sin as sin (breaking any one of God's 10 commandments *JAMES 2:10-11) is the difference between the children of God and the children of the devil. Salvation is from sin not to continue to sin *1 JOHN 3:6-10; JOHN 8:31-36

May you receive God's Word and be blessed.
