Good evening -

An interesting occurence is recorded in Daniel 10:12-13. It appears that the angel sent to Daniel to answer his prayer was delayed by one of satan's demons. This shows us that the forces of darkness have very real power. Though they will be overcome, they still exert their power over man when they can.
Verses 11:36 through 12:4 of the Book speak of the end times and will be referred to often as we read Revelation in December.

In John we read this Gospel's account of Christ predicting Peter's denial. Peter has faltered since the feet washing and even now is more concerned with Christ's departure than Christ's new command concerning love. The response in verse 38 is singular and aimed directly at Peter.

Jude concludes with a benediction that takes the focus off of the false teachers of whom he was warning his audience and ridirects back to God with a magnificent closing, glorifying God.
