Should Female Fighter Pilots be Allowed to Wear Burkas?

    I know, I know...it sounds absurd on the face of it. But apparently it was an issue in the recent elections in Great Britain.

    I ran across this in my Twitter feed. I watched in astonishment as a couple of news panelists along with vocal members of the audience ripped into an older gentleman, apparently a Conservative Party supporter, as he made his case that wearing a burka while flying a fighter jet could negatively affect overall vision, thus hampering the pilot's ability to do their job.

    I mean, I thought we were going hard left here in the U.S., but wow, the UK has got it much worse.

    Congratulations to Boris Johnson on his steamroll victory yesterday.

    How oxymoronic. No doubt this debate rages in Muslim states right now. The burka is obviously antithetical to the feminist agenda, as is Islam itself.

    The “progressive” mindset has rejected logical sense as a guide for argument to the point that it cannot even realize its baseless state. They aren’t just left, but far gone.
