The so called far right did not move to the right it just maintained standards from the inception of this country.

The news being biased and preachers preaching about politics are all found in the very same beginning of this country.

None of this is new to our era. This includes the hostility in politics.

The only ones who have moved anywhere is the moderates (liberal lights) and the far left (communists)

In the 70-80s era of the SBC conservative takeover, the the SBC liberals all said they were "moderates", while they called the SBC conservatives "fundamentalists".

As I remember a Russian History class I took in college:

When the revolution overthrew the Tsar, the smaller, more radical group lead by Lenin claimed the name Bolshevik Party (The MAJORITY PARTY)! The much larger less radical cells were left with the name Menshevik Party (the MINORITY PARTY). The bulk of the Russian people didn't know the difference and were greatly influenced by this verbal sleight of hand.

Allowing those who oppose you to choose what label you will wear and how those labels are defined is naive at best and foolish at worst.

    Absoutely correct -

This is the reason I refuse to be called "anti-abortion" I am PRO-LIFE"!
I will not use the term "gay" for homosexuals
I will not use "Hyphenated-Americian" terms - As I am an AMERICIAN!
I will not call someone an alcholic - they are drunk

Why do we have "politically correct" speech theses days - beacasue it makes things sound not as bad
    we have to sugarcoat everything.

    Lets call a spade a spade -!

    Salty

PS and I am NOT "politicaly correct" - I am politically right!
