My take is this... (For what little it's worth)

The Gifts of the Spirit have been manifested in two methodologies...

One is that of the "Ready Writer" and is most easily seen of the OT writers.

(Note: Please that the OT Writers had an awe and respect for God that made them extremely carfeul to get it right... This is not often the case today.)

The other I refer to as "Pass Through"...

In this case the person repeats verbatim what the Spirit gives them... This is rare as I know very few of my Pentecostal peers that practice a level of surrender that deep to God...

So that puts us back to the "Ready Writer"...

In this case the person recieves of the holy Spirit and it is filtered through their own personality...

So, no, I do not believe that the average Prophecy, Speaking in Tongues, Word of Knowledge, Word of Wisdom or Interpretation as we know then today is inerrant...

Paul tells us in Corinthians that the Prophets should judge one anothers Prophesies...

1 Corinthians 14:29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.

And, while Paul specifically targeted Prophecy I think that all Manifestations of the Spirit are subject to Judgement...

If the utterances were inerrant there would be no need for judgement...

And, John tells us plainly to test the spirits to see if they are of God or not...

1 John 4:1 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
