Calvinism is defended by addressing the poster and not the position. White flag waving

Van, you addressed me in the post that I was quoting and not any position. Does that mean you were waving a white flag?

    Double standards.

All of them but note the brazen denial of the obvious.

Here are the questions ignored by the Calvinist
I did not see a quote. What verse says "paid for sins?"
When is an individuals sin burden removed?

When Christ died - the bogus Calvinist view, or
when the individual is placed in Christ - the biblical view.
But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves. So were sins bought?

Jesus became the propitiation or means of salvation for all mankind.

Calvinist preacher: Jesus may have died for your sins, He died for the sins of those chosen unconditionally before creation. There is nothing you can do to alter the predestined outcome of your life, or the lives of your loved ones. They were either saved or condemned from all eternity for all eternity.

Of course for those of us who believe God desires all men to be saved and Christ laid down His life as a ransom for all, we think Calvinism offers a bogus view of the gospel.

Clarify please. Are you saying that Jesus payment/atonement is not provided (or effective) to that person until that person calls upon Jesus in repentance?

Please answer the questions, rather than answering with endless questions.
And please provide the quote where I said something other than a person's sins are removed when the person is placed in Christ and undergoes the washing of regeneration.

Prove what I said is a lie. Calvinist believe man must be regenerated first in order to believe. To be regenerated is being born again it is being saved. So how is what you said truth?.

Calvinists believe God must elect and predestine before God regenerates and gives faith to believe.
Calvinists believe that God does the work before humans react. It's cause and effect. God causes. The effect is man responds.

    MB, do you agree?

Or do you think that man causes and the effect is that God regenerates?

No I do not agree. Scripture never says Gentiles are elect. No faith, No Grace with which to be saved..Grace always comes through faith. Being chosen does not mean you will be saved. Judas was chosen but was Lost.

Apparently Calvinism has no answers so yet another discussion is being derailed.

A person's sins are removed when the person is placed in Christ and undergoes the washing of regeneration also called the circumcision of Christ.

You say, "grace always comes through faith" which means you think faith is the cause and grace is the effect.
Is faith caused by God or caused by men?
Who causes faith to be activated?

    We are created with faith.
Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Where does scripture say our faith needs to be activated?

All men have a measure of faith when they come in to the world. That faith grows when men hear the Word of God.
Rom 10:18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.

    What if you're born deaf?

Where do we find scripture that indicates faith is innate in human beings?

Romans 10:17 indicates that the WORD (Logos) must speak in order for hearing to happen.

Let's look at the rest of the passage.

    Romans 10:17-21 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. But I ask, have they not heard? Indeed they have, for “Their voice has gone out to all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.” But I ask, did Israel not understand? First Moses says, “I will make you jealous of those who are not a nation; with a foolish nation I will make you angry.” Then Isaiah is so bold as to say, “I have been found by those who did not seek me;

I have shown myself to those who did not ask for me.”

But of Israel he says, “All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people.”

MB, where in this passage is it implied that faith is innate?

Does it not take God speaking the word as well as God showing himself to those who didn't ask?

I am curious as to the other verses you might use to show that faith is innate in all humans.
