    'President Donald Trump has tapped Richard Grenell, currently the United States ambassador to Germany, as acting director of National Intelligence, making him the first openly gay member of the White House Cabinet in history.'

    Grenell openly advocates for the normalization of homosexuality around the world.

    Remember, we're not voting for pastor of the USA...

    Hillary would be much, much worse...

    If you don't like Trump you are pro abortion...

    So I was told whenever I brought up objections I had to Trump leading up to the election.

    If my doctor refers a homosexual surgeon to remove a brain tumor because that surgeon is the best, then I'm actually OK with that. I would pray that my encounter with the surgeon would be one of sharing the gospel (and he would not "accidentally" lobotomize me for my witness) but I think that we have to stop looking to worldly politics to be Christian. Our struggle is not against flesh and blood.

    So you what do you think about Romans 1:28? And what do you think about Grenell's grinding the ax for the normalization of sodomy?

    I voted for Cruz in the primary because I expected even more of this kind of thing than we have gotten so far. I thought sending Grenell to Germany was intended as an insult to the Germans but now this guy has Bolton's job so Trump has promoted this homosexual to the White House.

    I do not want a homosexual doctor or lawyer or preacher.

    I believe the verse explaining how God gave men over to a reprobate maind. This does not mean they are not the best choice for secular issues.

    I am a Trump supporter (more so after the impeachment show) but we are looking to President Trump for spiritual guidence then I question our discernment as well.

    I am not looking to Trump for spiritual guidance for Heaven's sake. The man is a real estate tycoon and politician.

    I really don't understand how a reprobate mind can be useful as a national security advisor. Indianapolis is a major major homosexual city and full of homosexual lawyers and male homosexual nurses. We even had a homosexual Republican leader in Gary Welch who committed suicide in May 2016.

    So I guess we will campaign on his appointment of the highest-ranking homosexual ever and we will have to wait and see how many Republicans say sodomy is normal.

    I voted for Ted Cruz in the 2016 primary. I had professed Christians telling me I was sinning by doing so. Imagine that? Professed brothers in Christ telling me that I was sinning because I intended to vote for a candidate who is pro-life and constitutional? I learned a lot about the character of those individuals. I am not surprised that President Trump appointed a homosexual to the Director of National Intelligence. Trump is a pragmatist. All of his appointments and nominations are calculated for their political gain as much as the qualifications of the individual for the position.

    The real test is how Christians react to liberal politicians who appoint individuals who hold to aberrant beliefs and lifestyles. If they excuse Trump but criticize liberal politicians, that is hypocrisy.

    Trump is pragmatic but he also is naive. Also, few want to work for Trump. This appointment is a mistake. The good news is that Trump will fire him soon. The bad news is that Grenell probably will put pressure on our allies to say sodomy is normal. Obama did that in Nigeria and he caused the deaths of thousands.

    J. Edgar Hoover was a sodomite and the FBI is a political animal to this day.

    The SBC is being swept by marxianity also. The pews should wake up and smell the sulpher.

    That is fine. My policy is to never influence how another will vote in terms of political issues alone because I believe we will be accountable for our voice. Vote your conscious.

    Trump won't win much of the sodomite vote. Remember they backed down Pence, who may not have been re-elected but was saved by Trump. Indianapolis GOP homosexual Gary Welch could not swing his own precinct into the GOP column and could not get a telephone call from anyone in spite of his blog Advance Indiana.

    So Trump wasted an appointment.

    He's a homosexual? Well that is his problem when he get's to Judgement time. As for government service, as long as he holds to the Constitution and does a good job I couldn't care less who he sleeps with.

    Mayor Pete will fire him. LifeSite News says he's a salesman for normalization. I think that he is nuts. Obama got a lot of people killed in Nigeria because preachers there preached against sodomy, which angered Obama so he endorsed a Muslim for President and withdrew milatary aid to fight the Boko Haram.

    Is Richard Grenell qualified to be the Director of National Intelligence? The job means he oversees the United States Intelligence Committee, effectively overseeing all intelligence operations in US government. The position also produces the Presidential daily intelligence briefing.

    Grenell has no military background. He has no background in intelligence operations. Up to May 2018 his background was in public relations. From 2001 to 2008 he was a communications strategist for the US ambassador to the United Nations. From 2009 to 2018 he ran a PR firm and made a name for himself on Twitter. In May 2018 he was sworn in as the US ambassador to Germany.

    Being gay is not a reason to disqualify him for the job. His alarming lack of experience in intelligence operations, however, is.

    I don't think he's qualified for the job.

    That is the key question.

    Would a Christian (a "true Christian") deny another person who is the most qualified a position because that person does not share his faith? I believe the answer is no.
