Virginia too. Wife being a school teacher has to do online teaching now. She is not too happy about this.

The larger churches in my area are having online services at this time.

    My church runs about 95.

It’s not a law, anyone can meet.
It’s just a good public policy to reduce the spread of the virus.

A large church that continues to hold services is thumbing their nose at their community.

    Reasons to meet:
    1. “We trust God will protect us from the virus” - no such promise is give in the Bible.

    2. The Bible tells us meet - yet there are times when it is expedient not to meet.

    3. The church budget will take a hit - see reason #1, “trust God”

When does this move /cross the line though from being prudent to now walking in fear?

People should fear the fire, which means they will seek to avoid getting burned. Fear can be a healthy thing, like the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

    Note verse 7...
Romans 13:6-8 King James Version (KJV)
6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.
7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear;honour to whom honour.
8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

    For me, it's not fear - it's a precaution.

My Sunday School Director just called me 15 minutes ago and said that any teacher who feels like they don't need to be at church - not feeling well, elderly, got lots of small children - should stay at home and not feel bad about it. I teach and said I was coming tomorrow.

The Director will put any overflow in classes where teachers are there. We are not expecting anyone to stay home, but there are a couple of older teachers who have been sick and I feel they need to stay home anyway.

    Just precautions and prudence.

I think a lot of students are none too happy about such measures either.

However, I suspect many will be happy not to deal directly with the virus, or with infecting a loved one who fatally succumbs, a definite concern for some of us.
