Interesting to watch those guys, as were all saying same stuff decades ago on John Ankernerg, and were just as "stupid" sounding now as back then!

KJV-only pastor John C. Phillips wrote: "The preservation of a work in a perfect state must, of necessity, include all aspects of a work inspired in a perfect state. If any part of the inspiration is omitted, then the product cannot be identified as preserved" (King James Contender, Nov.-Dec., 1980, p. 2).

In another issue of his KJV-only newsletter, John C. Phillips wrote: "The word same means identical; not different or other" (May, 1980, p. 2).

According to these statements, can present KJV editions be accurately identified as preserving the same words given by inspiration of God to the prophets and apostles?

Gipp is one of the least capable KJVO advocates. He's on the Chick level. Visiting the page is a waste of time.

In a absolute sense that has not happend. That God has done that with His word accross translations both the good and bad is in evidence. What is inerrant is God's word, not the reader of His word, not every letter of every copy of the autographs of His word, not every translations of every word of His word. Psalms 119:89, "For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven." Isaiah 55:11, ". . . So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. . . ." Matthew 4;4, ". . . It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."

I used NASB and ESV for a few years. now I am back using KJV. Not because it's perfect, but because it has the words that I memorized as a youth...

Same ole KJVO horse feathers. Same ole garbage in a new dumpster. They're just trying to milk the KJVO cash cow; truth be dipped.

They cannot answer to the fact that the KJVO myth has no Scriptural support. They cannot deny the goofs & booboos in the KJV, which they wrongly insist is perfect. They try to LIMIT GOD in how He can choose to present His word in English & cause it to happen.

They cannot realize that SATAN invented the KJVO myth to cause strife & dissension within & between congregations, & to cast doubt upon God's word.

If one chooses to use the KJV or any other one version only, fine, but ALL "one-version-only" doctrines are FALSE. Don't ctiticize anyone who uses other versions besides your "pet' one.

The KJVO position in regards to their translation pretty much same as Muslim view on the Quran!

The preface to the KJV takes care of their arguments but they refuse to read it

Phil Stringer claimed that "the truth is that the defenders of the King James are often those who have studied the origin, transmission, and translation of the Bible the most" (The Unbroken Bible, p. 134), but he did not prove his claim to be actually true.

Just as it relates to the Kjv though, and not anything else!
