Was Jesus preaching the good news of the death burial and resurection in Mark 1?

Peter preached the completed gospel of the kingdom at Pentecost. But only the born again can see it.

    notice in verse
now who is sounding like a good catholic . Peter is adressing Jews . They ask ' what must WE do . This is a national repentance for ISRAEL . Jews and Jewish converts . They must repent , believe , baptised for the remission of sins , then recieve the Gift of the Holy Spirit. Did you have to do this to be saved ? Did you have to be baptised to receive the Holy Spirit??

This is not the case. What was happening here was born again Jews converting from the Old Covenant to the New. It was never about salvation.

10:1 Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.

2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.

3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.

6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)

7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)

    8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

The Word of Faith which we preach is to, "Those that believe with Conviction of their sins by The Preaching of The Word, Accompanied by The Holy Spirit to enable them to Repent and Have SAVING Faith in The Work of Jesus ARE THE ONLY ONES JESUS DIED FOR."

Nothing to do with simple historical, fleshly, 'belief' in a Historical Person or event.

The Word Must Be Brought into the soul, to CONVICT the lost sinner that they have no ability to simply 'believe' by thought, with a sin-cursed mind, when 'believe' has to be TRUST, AFTER Being Convicted of Total Inability and Impotence in the will of the flesh.

It is "not of him that willeth".

The Gospel is not, "do you think".

The Gospel is "Repent" and Trust what you mentioned about I Corinthians 15, which is Jesus' Death, Burial, and Resurrection.

Jesus is The Savior of those who have been shown in their soul that they are lost, blind, naked, dead, without strength, having no more power than the blood of a sacrifice when its blood must be splashed, or drained out, against the side of the altar.

The life of the flesh is in the blood.

Humans make no blood sacrifice when 'believing' Columbus discovered America and God The Father Doesn't Accept any 'belief' and Give them Power of Life over death.

Jesus Accomplished The Power of Life Over Death and God Accepts Jesus' Sacrifice, for the sins of His Chosen people, because Jesus ROSE from The Dead.

The lost sinner must know they are lost and dead to perform anything and have NO Connection to God, Who is Spirit, because they have NO DIVINITY, but were Created in the image of Adam, sinners, one and all.

    God Hates sin.

There Has to Be a Sacrifice Made for sin and that is not, "pray you might go to Heaven".

Repent of God's Description of a sinner in The Bible and Trust The Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Afterward's a Saved soul is in AGREEMENT WITH GOD and has a TEACHABLE SPIRIT, as a Partaker of The Divine Nation.

Then, they are enabled to "die to the flesh" and know how God Saves souls.

The flesh has simply sent Billions to Hell, believing in something simple and leaving out, CONVICTION THRU THE WORD, REPENTANCE, AND GOD-GIVEN FAITH.

    God Hates sin.

2; "but not according to knowledge".

4; "Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth."

5 "For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law"

8b; "The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;"
