You teach works. Grace is not in your teaching. It doesn't exist in your world, which is why you do not teach the gospel.

That is not what the Bible says.
Romans 10:17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.

    Can a dead person hear?

You do not teach the gospel. You teach legalism and works salvation by virtue of human will causing belief to be activated.

The death ...the burial ...AND the resurrection. 1 cor .15 .1-4. Calvinism has no need for the death , burial or resurrection. Just ' election. ' The rest is just a formality .

I cannot get the president on the phone by ringing him , but I can answer the phone if he calls me . Thats the power of the Gospel .

We are not dead yet ,otherwise this conversation would not be possible. Calvinism is no different to Arminism on ' Lordship salvation ' ,so by that definition Calvinism is absolutely legalistic in its worldview.

3For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
14¶how then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
15And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
16But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
17So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
18¶But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.

It is obvious you are not to be taken as a serious Inquirer into biblical truth.
For whatever reason you attack caricatures and avoid Biblical truth.
Nothing but opinions on things beyond your understanding.
If that is all you can do knock yourself out.

3For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Let me put my Calvinist Glasses on:

3For whosoever is saved shall call upon the name of the Lord.

So, you cannot believe unless God causes you to believe. Good.

We were dead in our trespasses and sins. Natural man cannot hear the Spirit of God until God calls their name, just as Lazerus could not hear Jesus until Jesus called his name.

You make my point with this passage, yet you cannot comprehend how it makes my point.

Because I'm not locked into a paradigm. God does not tell people to do something they are unable to do . " believe ' , respond to His revelation is what is commanded. We would be terrible parents if we told our children to do something they were unable to and then punish them .

Because of your system we are not on the same page here . ' Causes ' for you = The I and you believe I has to be true , not because of the scriptures but because of the ' logical ' necessity of the TULIP . I know you think its scriptural. But there is no way you see scriptures in any other light once you started to be drawn into calvinism . TULIP is the fundemental false starting point you view every verse .

Its like this. Whenever I sin its because I wanted to sin. Whenever a Calvinist sins its because GOD wanted him to sin.

Very good example. We are spiritually dead. We are not made alive until God calls us forth. This is very evident in Ephesians 2:1-9.

God often gives us things that we cannot handle and must give entirely to him.
The message of believe will only be received by those whom the Father has given to the Son. The rest will scoff and consider it foolishness.

Because of scripture and what I observe in scripture, we are not on the same page. I am a monergist who sees God as Supreme. You are a synergist who sees God as a cooperative agent with you in your salvation.
