Calvinism Misrepresents the Meaning of Death

    and of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, thou dost not eat of it, for in the day of thine eating of it -- dying thou dost die.' --- Would you agree that the moment Adam ate oh became dead in trespass and sin?

    Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Eph 2:2 --- Did the prince of the power of the air have anything to do with Adam along with his wife eating?

    Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. Eph 2:3
    But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. James 1:14,15

    Was Adam after eating dead in trespass and sin?

    BTW I do not use spiritual dead, Don't think it is according to the word of God.

    Adam was dead and would remain that way and there is only one thing that could give him hope.

    The obedience of Christ unto death and Christ receiving the promised hope of God. And even after that he will be dead until the appearing again of Christ.

    For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished. 1 Cor 15:16-18

    If Christ has not been raised to die no more, the promised hope, then there is not any washing of regeneration to wash away the sin of Adam nor our sins in his blood.

    Think about it.

    I remind you and other Protestants here that scripture says that Jesus Christ came to pay the sin debt for us all. The penalty for our sins is death. Death is separation. Jesus Christ was fully a man. He, is called the Last Adam and the second man. He, like Adam, was a three part man. He had a soul, he had a body, and we are told over and over that the Spirit of God dwelt in him and was life. All three parts of both these men were separated but not at the same time. The life of the flesh is in the blood, we are told and Jesus bled out on the cross. The life of God is his Spirit and life can’t die and The Father did not punish his Spirit for our sins. Jesus Christ suffered as all two part men will suffer in the lake of fire, separated from God. Only those who have the eternal presence of God the Spirit in their bodies, the Spirit that Jesus our Saviour willingly gave up that day, his body was put in a tomb after his soul was separated from it and his soul went to paradise. His Spirit went back to God and every single person who was still alive on earth that day were in two parts only, soul and body, which is the image of Adam after his fall. At the resurrection all three parts came together and the body was glorified. It shined. Those who have the Spirit will never die But those who do not have the Spirit will be cast body and soul in the lake of fire which is the second death. This is eternal separation from God where he will forget about those who go there.
