Judge Orders Pennsylvania Elections Officials to Segregate Possible Double-Counted Ballots

Too bad they have already mixed them.

 

Give that judge a medal. I wonder if his decision can be appealed and over ruled.
The use of a provisional ballot leaves open greater opportunities for cheating. One year, I went to the wrong poling place to vote, and time was running out. I was offered a provisional ballot which I was told would not be counted unless there was a tie or other complication which would necessitate its use.

 

They should still be separable. The different types of ballots do not all look exactly alike, but rather are labeled per type.

 

I have heard that legitimate ballots have watermarks, like currency. Anyone else hear this?

If this comes from Justice Alito, it cannot be overturned.

 

Sorry, but this is not true. I am sure that the ballots have already been mixed up during the "count."

As much as I HATE it, this is over. It's time to prepare for a Harris Presidency.

If the Harris victory came via ballot tampering, we can prepare for it, but never accept it. We need to light a fire under the court benches and make the justices do their job.
