I hate to point out the obvious, but she never made an argument. Arguments require facts, evidence and logic.

It was all assertions with no evidence.I will be extremely surprised if she EVER goes to court to prevent evidence.

 

Sure, but her avoidance of actually giving an example of evidence for such extraordinary allegations does not instill any sense of confidence that she has any. And based on her catastrophic legal history of damaging Flynn’s case, I don’t think there’s any reason to expect her to present a compelling case.

You misunderstand. I WANT her to present her case to break the fever dream of Trump support for his false allegations. These allegations need to be aired in a court of law where evidence is required.

I just don’t think she will do it. I think it is likely she will make up an excuse to avoid going to court. Perhaps a secret cabal of child-eating Democrats will accidentally eat her legal brief.

 

She is a very brilliant attorney. It could be the debate about the software is highly technical and not easily proven and a bridge too far for the Trump team, who might not share her opinion on the proof. She said that she hoped to file Friday at the latest. My guess is that Dominion will go out of business because of an persistent error rate. There is little doubt that the so sanctimonious Democrats committed fraud in several states. Not one Democrat has denounced the frauds as far as I know. Rich white Democrats paid big city black Democrats to lie, cheat, and steal.

By the way, during the primaries Warren questioned the integrity of Dominion equipment.

For the record, on the Flynn case she got the DOJ to drop the charges but the Judge is saying that he will not allow the DOJ to do that so the Judge is nuts.

 

If Dominion was developed by El Loco Chavez and also used in Argentina, then I finally understand why Argentina remains in the fascists hands of the Peronists.

I can’t see that John Roberts will want this case in the Supreme Court because he is an Obama worshipper most likely. However, Clarence Thomas knows that Biden was out to lynch him so maybe Thomas will bring the case to DC. Biden will learn that even a racist like himself sometimes gets karma.

Powell and Giuliani are saying the same things about Dominion but Powell angered the Governor of Georgia and the Secretary of State when she said that they took bribes from Dominion. So Trump fired her last Saturday.

 

Yes, they should sue her for defamation.

Although they are public figures, she made a very specific charge concerning two parties and bribes that passed between them. The defamation also seems to be motivate by malicious intent, to harm those that are not in lockstep to the President’s seditious desires to disenfranchise voters.

They could ask for discovery and demand her so-called evidence she has and set the record straight.

I also find it revealing that so many Republicans assume the Governor and Secretary of State MUST have taken a bribe because they can’t conceive of anyone doing their duty under the law without some financial benefit to themselves.
