    Manchin will vote Democrat no matter what. Pelosi and Biden are in total control. Pelosi even got people with active covid cases to leave their sickbeds to go to the Capitol to vote for her. The Democrats have controlled West Virginia since Eleanor Roosevelt built a Potemkin village there during the Great Depression.
