Those who Christ died for and redeemed, sooner or later they are born again by the Spirit by which they are drawn to Christ, believe in Him.

Yes some unbelievers are redeemed, the ones Christ died for, for Christ didnt die for all sinners, just the elect. Now by His death alone they are redeemed, while being unbelievers, however God will sooner or later give them Spiritual life and Faith so they will believe in Christ.

    's will.
Specifically by the scripture God the Father draws them unto the Son ( John 6:44 ) as He reveals the Son to them ( Matthew 11:25-27 ) thus giving them unto the Son to be saved ( John 6:38-40 ) per the will of the Father & then the Father sends the promise of the Holy Spirit & Jesus Christ baptizes them in the Holy Ghost at their salvation.

Yes per the Father's will as explained in John 6:38-40 & since the Son does the Father's will, that is how the Son & the Spirit performs too.

If you are referring to predestination ... then yes in regards to saved believers & future ones, but I point out that redemption has not been received by unbelievers not predestined to receive that redemption nor salvation because they do not believe in Him,

As long as we clarify our points of truth in regards to unbelievers on when the redeemed are redeemed from the act of being redeemed by Christ, then we steer clear of universalism.

Clarity is needed for how unbelievers are redeemed since not all unbelievers are redeemed.

By the grace of God, it feels like you are digging under the foundation on what Christ has done for providing for the redeemed whereas I am building on the foundation that Christ has laid in the redeemed..

To all the readers out there, you ask Jesus what He meant when testifying of the Father how any man can come to the Son except by the father drawing him since everything done is by the Father's will. The Father gives sinners to the Son to be saved by Him

John 6:38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. 39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day....

44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. KJV

Who hides the truth from the prudent & the wise but yet reveals the truth unto babes so even babes can believe in Jesus?

Matthew 11:25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. 26 Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. 27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.

Ask Jesus to confirm the word to you that it is not the Holy Spirit drawing them unto the son, but the Father. let us give credit where scripture plainly gives credit to.

God drags them to himself is the literal meaning. If we go with draw it should be understood as though it were a bucket placed in the well that catches the water and pulls it up and out of the well. In either case, it is all God's effort and none of the human beings effort.
