    Two very specific questions:
Did Judas take the bread and wine at the last supper?
Was Jesus body and blood given for Judas?

    [Matthew 26:20-30 NKJV]
20 When evening had come, He sat down with the twelve. 21 Now as they were eating, He said, "Assuredly, I say to you, one of you will betray Me."
22 And they were exceedingly sorrowful, and each of them began to say to Him, "Lord, is it I?"
23 He answered and said, "He who dipped [his] hand with Me in the dish will betray Me. 24 "The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born."
25 Then Judas, who was betraying Him, answered and said, "Rabbi, is it I?" He said to him, "You have said it."
26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke [it], and gave [it] to the disciples and said, "Take, eat; this is My body."
27 Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave [it] to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. 28 "For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. 29 "But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father's kingdom." 30 And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.

    [Mark 14:17-26 NKJV]
17 In the evening He came with the twelve. 18 Now as they sat and ate, Jesus said, "Assuredly, I say to you, one of you who eats with Me will betray Me."
19 And they began to be sorrowful, and to say to Him one by one, "[Is] it I?" And another [said], "[Is] it I?"
20 He answered and said to them, "[It is] one of the twelve, who dips with Me in the dish. 21 "The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had never been born."
22 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke [it], and gave [it] to them and said, "Take, eat; this is My body."
23 Then He took the cup, and when He had given thanks He gave [it] to them, and they all drank from it. 24 And He said to them, "This is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many. 25 "Assuredly, I say to you, I will no longer drink of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God."
26 And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.

    [Luke 22:14-23 NKJV]
14 When the hour had come, He sat down, and the twelve apostles with Him. 15 Then He said to them, "With [fervent] desire I have desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer; 16 "for I say to you, I will no longer eat of it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God."
17 Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, "Take this and divide [it] among yourselves; 18 "for I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes."
19 And He took bread, gave thanks and broke [it], and gave [it] to them, saying, "This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me."
20 Likewise He also [took] the cup after supper, saying, "This cup [is] the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you. 21 "But behold, the hand of My betrayer [is] with Me on the table. 22 "And truly the Son of Man goes as it has been determined, but woe to that man by whom He is betrayed!"
23 Then they began to question among themselves, which of them it was who would do this thing.

The account found in Luke's Gospel, in no way contradicts what any of the other Gospels record on the Lord's Supper. I note that verse 21 reads "But behold, the hand of My betrayer [is] with Me on the table", where "is" is placed in italics so as to give the impression that the word is not represented in the Greek. However, we have in this verse "παραδιδοντος", which is the present participle, which says that "the hand of My betrayer IS still with me on the table"!

I have said this before, and will repeat this now. Jesus Christ is Almighty God, Who knows all things, He knew when He gave the Lord's Supper, that not long after, Judas would be leaving the room to start his act of betrayal against Him. IF, Jesus did not want Judas to participate in the bread and wine, which represents His body and blood, then surely He would have waited for Judas to have left the room first, and then given the bread and wine to the others, and only to them, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for YOU". However, it is very clear from the facts at hand, that Judas took the bread and wine, and heard the same words that the other 11 did, that Jesus was going to the cross for his sins as well!

The only way that anyone can get around these facts, is to suggest that there are contradictory statements bewteen the Gospel accounts, which means that the Holy Bible is not "error free"!

    Yes.
The bread and cup only represented His body and blood. It was metaphore. God is light, 1 John 1:5 is metaphore. God is love, 1 John 4:8, is metaphore.

And Jesus said to them, 'Verily I say to you, that ye who did follow me, in the regeneration, when the Son of Man may sit upon a throne of his glory, shall sit -- ye also -- upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel; Matt 19:28 YLT

Is, "them. you, ye, ye," inclusive of Judas?

Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. John 3:7

    Maybe Judas, will be, regenerated.

Is participation in communion a magical elixir of elements that saves a person from their sins? Is that what Jesus was declaring when he changed the Passover meal to express that he was the Passover lamb?

    No.
However Judas participation would seem to have bearing on the meaning of "you" in:
"This is My body which is given for you"
"This cup [is] the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you."

(which in turn has a potential bearing on the objects of His propitiation).

Does scripture not help clarify this when we read these passages?

    John 6:67-71
So Jesus said to the Twelve, “Do you want to go away as well?” Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life, and we have believed, and have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God.” Jesus answered them, “Did I not choose you, the Twelve? And yet one of you is a devil.” He spoke of Judas the son of Simon Iscariot, for he, one of the Twelve, was going to betray him.

    John 17:12
While I was with them, I kept them in your name, which you have given me. I have guarded them, and not one of them has been lost except the son of destruction, that the Scripture might be fulfilled.

    Romans 9:22-24
What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory— even us whom he has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles?
