    Who knows what kind of forum this is?
    The Landover Baptist Church Forum

    I just got to them first, and they began to distort all my words and turned to slander and insult. Who are they do you know?

    I think that's a secular parody in place to insult belief and believers.

    Well, I later found something about them on the Internet, but I wanted to clarify. I just thought they were too offensive. I was confused at first. I thought it was wrong, but it turned out that they were just mocking me.

    It started as a parody website for the fictitious "Landover Baptist Church," possibly to mock the "Westboro Baptist Church" cult, but gathered enormous support from those who are angry with fundamentalism. I did not realize they had created a forum to lure people in and abuse them, but I guess that's the state of the world at this point.
    Unfortunately, this forum is not free from slander and insult, but there is a lot of "wheat" and some "tares" sown among us. Don't be discouraged by those who attack you. They have issues to work out. Try to contribute light and truth.

    They've been around a long time. FLEE that place as the satire is vulgar and mocks not only Christians, but God himself.

    It's a sick, sick site. The lure is that they pretend to be Christians.

    I completely agree with you. When they completely misrepresented not only everything I wrote, but also interfered with my profile, I was shocked and thought: "What kind of Baptists are these? Not already whether this can be?", but a little later I found this, your forum and I'm glad that everything fell into place.

    Slander is a civil offense, not a criminal. So, any court action would need to be taken in a civil court by an individual, not by a district attorney.

    It's called satire. Satire is the use of mockery, humor, ridicule, exaggeration, and more to point out what one thinks is the fault of another.

    In most satire sites on the internet, they tell you that they are lying on their "about us" page. That keeps them from getting in trouble.

    I don't like most satire sites as they hide their confession of lying where most do not see it.

    I still think that when they interfere with the profile of a forum member and change personal information about him to false, it's still not just a joke, but a crime.
