Calvinists are as ignorant as you. Calvinism is unbiblical, a relic of the dark ages. All you offer is vindictive venom.

Why is it hard for rich people to enter the kingdom? If Irresistible grace was valid, then it would not be hard, it would be a non-issue. Luke 18:24

Why does 2 Thessalonians 2:13 say God chooses individuals for salvation through or by reason of faith in the truth, if our election was Unconditional?

How were the people of Matthew 23:13 prevented from going in to the kingdom if they were being compelled by irresistible grace?

Why did God choose individuals poor to the world, rich in faith and those that love God, if election for salvation is unconditional? James 2:5.

Why did Christ lay down His life as a ransom for all if He only paid for the sins of the previously chosen elect? 1 Timothy 2:6

Why are these questions being ignored? You bet, because Calvinism is unbiblical.

Calvinism is defended by those long on claims and short of evidence.

Grace is limited to those who believe. The ones who deny Jesus' offer. They reject Grace.

    I see no connection.
Those who lift up the power of human will should kill the idol that they have raised above God.

Our salvation or not, was all determined by God before time began. 'was given to us', written in the past tense.
Another way to comprehend this is here

    Acts 15:18
“Known to God from eternity are all His works.

Our particular salvation was His work, for salvation is of the Lord. And it was determined from the beginning of everything before there was time .

    2 Timothy 1:8-10
    New King James Version

    Not Ashamed of the Gospel
8 Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God, 9 who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began, 10 but has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel,

Van...with all the vast amount of scripture shown to you by those you label "Calvinists", it is clear that it is not "Calvinists" who are ignorant of scripture nor unbiblical.

It is interesting that the gospel of Jesus Christ who tells us that God chose, predestined and elected each person to adopt is something you call a relic of the dark ages.

Van, your teaching is false and the majority here have shown this to you. Your persistence in pushing your false teaching is an outcome of your pride and unwillingness to repent.

2 Thessalonians 2 combines what you experience in the now to what God decided to do in the long ago past, before time began as in from the beginning.
So what you're experiencing now, God had declared from the beginning would happen.

13 But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, 14 to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle.

Fact is God declares the end from the beginning, and the things that are not as though they were...

This is all these Calvinist attackers of truth have to offer, one personal insult after another. Did they answer the questions. Nope
Conclusion, pay no attention to charlatans.

Calvinism is defended by those long on claims and short of evidence. The TULI of the TULIP are obviously unbiblical.

Scripture teaches some of the lost seek God. Matthew 23:13
Scripture teaches God's election for salvation is conditional. 2 Thessalonians 2:13
Scripture teaches Christ laid down His life as a ransom for all humanity. 1 Timothy 2:6
Scripture teaches irresistible grace is non-existent, otherwise it would not be hard to enter for a rich man. Luke 18:24

If unconditional election is true, then salvation is entirely the gift of God's grace from beginning to end. (Romans 9:11-13; Romans 9:16; Romans 10:20; 1 Corinthians 1:27-29; 2 Timothy 1:9)

How are we, as Christians, called, predestined, justified, sanctified and glorified? (Romans 8:30, 1 Corinthians 6:11)

Entirely by the work of God's grace, so that we have nothing to boast about. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

This should result in profound feelings of love and gratitude, so that we will seek to joyfully obey God the rest of our lives. (Ephesians 2:10, 2 Peter 1:10)

What is Calvinism and is it biblical?

“Joy is a quiet gladness of heart as one contemplates the goodness of God's saving grace in Christ Jesus.” - John Calvin

These questions are not being ignored as I've already, to the best of my ability, answered them in other threads. My intent is not to convert you to Calvinism, but instead help you to overcome your prejudice against Calvinism and Calvinists. Those who have ears to hear, let them hear.
