A ‘shot’ of truth that needs to be heard around the world
    By Jeff Rense

Transcript submitted by Our Greater destiny

The following groups in the USA are exempt from the COVID-19 vaccine, which is not a vaccine, it is m-RNA gene therapy technology that alters man’s DNA not found in nature.

Transcript of 2 minute video below.

All of US Congress plus all congressional staff, House and the Senate.
    That’s a lot of people.

6,000 White House employees all exempted.

2,500 Pfizer, 1,500 Moderna, and 120,000 Johnson and Johnson employees all exempted.

15,000 CDC and 14,000 FDA employees exempted.

8 million Chinese students in this country [USA] exempted. How many of them are PLA, CCP? 85 to 90% I can tell you that.

2 million illegal aliens exempted. They don’t have to get the shot.

Let me throw another at you. This is the cherry on top:
At least 500,000 homeless, tent and street people are exempted.

01:06 mins Screen reads: the rest of you, get injected or lose your job.

So, they, whoever want this, want these people to survive and take a
significant role in the number of potential survivors, and those who are in the
    cities.

500,000 homeless and street people, some there at no fault of their own. Many are completely at the bottom of the food chain and they are not to be vaccinated.

01:11 mins Screen reads: Be refused admission to everyday venues.

If the vaccine worked, which it doesn’t, they would be protecting these people but they are not. The vaccine is a failure.

01:31 mins Screen reads: THE VACCINE IS A COMING MASS GENOCIDE.

Politicians and pharmaceutical companies want no part of the coming kill off.

Is ludicrous. What is injected constitutes being a vaccine. Maybe it shouldn't be a vaccine, but that is what has been being debated, with people refusing getting those vaccines.

It's a gene therapy technique being used for a vaccination purpose. Whether or not any actual genetic modification is taking place is small and obscure jump, and I can't say for certain one way or another.

For example, if you look at this study, with emphasis on Section 2, you will see that the technique used for actual genetic modification is identical to the technique employed by Johnson and Johnson:

Vectors for gene therapy: A place for DNA transposon

This doesn't necessarily mean that the J&J vaccine is modifying people's DNA, but it does show that they have fully developed the technique of using an adenovirus vector using RNA to affect and alter a person's DNA. The vehicle has been constructed, and now it's just a question of its destination and purpose.

Frankly, if the genetic modification is taking place, then the cells are being infected with a partial copy of the viral genome, which makes this thing equivalent to a live virus vaccination. The body's immune system will attack and kill the offending infected cells (a suboptimal approach, because it results in some tissue damage). The same outcome would happen whether the human DNA was altered or not. If the cells express the viral spike, as intended, then they will die. It's just a question of which cells express it, and how much damage is being done. In the end, there is no altered DNA left, because it is all destroyed.

However, the jump to permanent genetic modification is slight. It would take very little effort to accomplish a little of both, if intended.

Probably because there are no general mandates for people to be vaccinated.

It us a requirement by executive order for federal employees (including the White House). But Congress does not fall under federal executive powers (Biden cannot tell Congress to get vaccinated). The homeless are also not federal employees.

well, by that logic, every illegal alien is in federal custody, under the jurisdiction of ICE and DHS, both federal agencies controlled by the executive branch, so why are they all exempt and can fly all over the country on our dime?

I agree. I don't think Biden has the authority to set rules for private businesses.
