Your comments just show how little you understand the scriptures. Like most Calvinists you like to make high sounding pronouncements. Did he say that "kosmos is referring to 'every man/woman/child alive that has ever lived or will live' each time it's used in the NT." no but you think it makes your point. Sorry it does not. You have to understand context but that seems to be a real problem for Calvinists

So if you hold to the truth of scripture you abuse it, that does not make sense.

Indeed. Do you understand the covenant God made with Moses at Sinai? If you do, you understand why he detests them. Yet, if you also understand the covenant with Abraham and the New Covenant, you understand that the people of the promise are not everyone in Israel. They are a remnant in Israel and from the Gentiles whom God has redeemed. Remember, "not all Israel is Israel."
So, you prove Dave's quoting of scripture to be correct. God does hate sinners.

so why do reformed make a big deal with "Jacob I have loved and Easu I have hated"? God also hates His very own people!

Why did Paul write what he did and quote from the old testament in Romans 9?
Why did God hate covenant breakers in Israel?
These are questions you should endeavor to answer since God clearly said what he said.

To show that our salvation is not from us, but rather from God, Who initiates it by calling is by the preaching of the Gospel Message, as we read in Acts chapter 2, and Peters sermon, that led to thousands being saved!

You will notice what Paul does say in Romans 9:12-13, "it was said to her, “The elder will serve the younger.” Even as it is written, “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”". It is clear that this is speaking of SERVING, and not salvation!

Yep and it says nothing about God loving every individual unconditionally.

What makes you say Jesus died for Judas? Did Jesus also die for Pharaoh?

Luke 22 states that Jesus gave Judas the Lord's Supper and said to him that He was going to die on the cross for him! Pharaoh is also included in the Death of Jesus as is Hitler
