When We All Get To Heaven

    When we all get to Heaven - it will be a wonderful place (there will be Cable TV - right?)

    Will things be wonderful for all?

    Will we know each other
    Are there some people we would rather not see
    How about divorced couples .....

    How about married couples - who did lover each other until death they did part.
    will they still have that same love?

    Will family members have masions in the same neighborhood?

    and yes - don't forget that school teacher, that you just despised.

    How about Jimmy Carter - if you disagreed with him 90+% of the time -
    would you be able to still fellowship

    Will Paul and Silas walk together on the streets of God?

    Will C's and A's still be at it?


    Except for the last ? -(and confine it to only that ?-) This is a C vs A FREE THREAD ZONE!!!

    "Heaven," as in Paradise (aka "My Father's house") is only a temporary situation for humanity. The heavens will be reunited with the restored earth and universe (Revelation 21:2).

    It will be a restored earth, where goodness and justice reigns. The curse will be lifted, work will be eternally productive, and the tree of life will be available for the healing of the nations (Revelation 22:2).

    We will have the grace of reconciliation.

    The love will exist, but marriage will not (Matthew 22:30).

    That may be irrelevant.

    I don't expect to see her, but will be delighted if she is there.

    They will both repent.

    Heaven for believers is the dual stop off place for us all, in between, to be on earth with the everlasting reign of the Son of God as a Man [of course never ceasing being God with His Father]. Hebrews 13:8, Revelation 20:4-6, 1 Corinthians 15:28, Revelation 21:1.

    I think we will know each other, but I'm not sure in what context (as there isn't husbands and wives).

    One of my (useless :)) questions is, What age will we be in Heaven? If the age at which we died/raptured is the age, I wonder how it will feel to be my Dad's senior!? He died at 54, & now I'm 86!?Confused:Thumbsdown

    One thing I do know, it will be a sinless place & I will be most thankful for it's absence; won't have any more bum knees, elbows, shoulders yada, yada yada; personality quirks will be corrected; will be friends with todays enemies; and one of the greatest to me will be that my internal self will be sin-free & holy & I'll feel no animosity toward anyone!!!!
    Of course THE # 1 will be that we will fellowship with Jesus! M A R A N A T H A ! !:p:Laugh:)
