    There is a nice press release on the
    Crossway web page about the ESV. It
    is an update of ESV news since the
    publication of the ESV last year.

    Again, I use it and preach from it.
    I also teach from it in our Bible
    studies.

    The approach of the translators is THE approach - believing in the verbal plenary inspiration of the Scriptures and translating accordingly. [​IMG]

    I have always used the NKJV for "everything" (e.g., study, preaching), but I may very well switch to the ESV within the next year. It's hard to change when you are used to something!
