Cain is Jesus. Cain slays His brother or Jesus spiritually slew the Jewish nation by the Words "No man cometh unto the Father but by Me." The Jewish nation as Abel offered the Lamb. Made the physical sacrifice of taking the Lamb's life.

(PSALMS 78:34) When he slew them, then they sought him: and they returned and inquired early after God. (KJV)

The Jewish nation is slain by Christ's words as they are blinded by God from seeing Jesus is the Christ. Now they RETURN EARLY, or when Jesus is still alive on the cross, they come to Him.

(MARK 15:32) Let Christ the King of Israel descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe. And they that were crucified with him reviled him. (KJV)

They told Pilate, "Say not King of the Jews, But He said He is King of the Jews", Look at their words in Mark 15:32. They are calling Jesus the Christ, they are calling Jesus King, not if you are Christ, or if you are King.

This is the end times seen in Matthew chapter 24. Jesus on the cross sits as a Sparrow on the Housetop. ALONE ALONE ALONE

(PSALMS 102:7) I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top. (KJV)

(MATTHEW 24:17) Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: (KJV) For Jesus to STAY ON THE CROSS TILL DEATH.

(MATTHEW 24:18) Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. (KJV)

Jesus is in the Sepulchre, in a garden or a field, He has no clothes, He has just the Linen cloth and a napkin around His face. He is the STAY IN THE SEPULCHRE till the third day. He has the power to take up His life again, He can not use that power but has to WAIT ON THE LORD to fulfill Zechariah 9:11 and Hosea 6:2

(ZECHARIAH 9:11) As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water. (KJV)

(HOSEA 6:2) After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. (KJV)

The 1,000 year reign is the day of the cross, the rest of the dead lived not again till the 1,000 years was over, that is on the SECOND DAY.

Wow! I totally agree. Ken, for one second can you, without Scripture, in your own words, tell us exactly what you're getting at here? I mean, you don't quote Scripture when you're in line at the McDonalds drive thru do you? Just give it to us in your own words.

Not only that, it's a waste of brain cells trying to contort yourself to make some sense of what is trying to be communicated. In psychiatric terms, I believe it is called looseness of association.

In biblical terms, it's called blasphemy at the very least. :(

<<i.e., by Ken: The Lord Hisses. how many hints are needed to see a Serpent. and who that serpent is.>> ENOUGH ALREADY! Spare us!

Since I'm not on any hallucinogens, I don't get it. Nor do I want to. But it is quite obvious to me where all this rubbage is coming from and it's NOT the Bible.

WhistoLearn.

I have told you, I have been using the same concepts over and over in many forms. What I am saying is what I see the Bible say. That is where to search. I use the references as a way to show where I took the context from.

My words mean nothing, It is searchable in the Scriptures which bears witness to a concept.

One person told me they believed everything I said. They did not like the next thing I said. I told them "Your witness is WORTHLESS." We are not suppost to believe everything a person says, we are suppost to search what a person says. Search can end when you see it fits scripture or not.

I did not say to search it against your doctrine, but the Scriptures. I assume every believe will agree that this is the Final Authority as to the Truth. It has to fit within all of God's words.

Daniel 9:24 shows a end of sin and bringing in everlasting righteousness. That happened at Calvary as Luke 18:31 shows all prophecies would be fulfilled when Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

Daniel 9:24 has a seal, so the Disciples and Paul not seeing sin ended and speaking error because they did not see then is Scriptural. Sin ended, but they did not see because of the seal.

The Old Testament contains the Law and the prophecies that Jesus HAD TO FULFILL. This is how God set it all up. Jesus does not have to fulfill what Peter or Paul said. He does have to fulfill what the Prophets said.

The New Testament is a workbook were God gives us things to search if they are truth or not. Lessons to learn by.

Do you KNOW Jesus? Is this the way of Jesus speaking? If your wife cheats on you, Divorce her.

Now try this. If your wife has fallen in love with another. Give her a divorce so she can be happy with the other, Take the wrong out of love.

Fornication is seen as HOLINESS unto the Lord in Isaiah 23:17/18. Jesus is a Jew, to make a marriage with a non-Jew is Whoredom.

Every hear of a whore in Revelation. Jesus is just sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Since when are most of us the lost sheep of the house of Israel?

Jesus is seen married to God in Ezekiel 16:8, then plays the Harlot. Unsatiable. Wants everyone. Like Tyre. Commits fornication with all the nations upon the face of the Earth. God uses that which is despised, and He uses it a LOT.

Jesus is the BRIDE, Married to God after He dies on the cross. The marriage of the Lamb is Jesus as the Bride, so the Bride is arrayed in fine linen. That is what Jesus has on in the Sepulchre.

(ISAIAH 62:5) For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee. (KJV)

(EZEKIEL 16:6) And when I passed by thee, and saw thee polluted in thine own blood, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live; yea, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live. (KJV)
(EZEKIEL 16:7) I have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the field, and thou hast increased and waxen great, and thou art come to excellent ornaments: thy breasts are fashioned, and thine hair is grown, whereas thou wast naked and bare. (KJV)
(EZEKIEL 16:8) Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord God, and thou becamest mine. (KJV)

Jesus is married to God when dead. The day as 1,000 years. 930 alive as Adam, then dead or desolate 70 as Jerusalem. End of the 70 years God visits Tyre. and Tyre or Jesus loves EVERYONE.

(ISAIAH 23:17) And it shall come to pass after the end of seventy years, that the Lord will visit Tyre, and she shall turn to her hire, and shall commit fornication with all the kingdoms of the world upon the face of the earth. (KJV)
(ISAIAH 23:18) And her merchandise and her hire shall be holiness to the Lord: it shall not be treasured nor laid up; for her merchandise shall be for them that dwell before the Lord, to eat sufficiently, and for durable clothing. (KJV)

Does not Mary Magalene ring a bell? Her sins are forgiven, for she loveth much.

Funny how we can take things and make them right--even when those things were never said....

Ken, would you care to give us a scripture backing up this belief? As in, Jesus' own words reflecting this statement?

In the meantime, I'll hold to Matthew 19:8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.
9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery. (also iterated in Mark 10:11-12, Luke 16:18, 1 Cor 7:10-13)

Now, personally, I haven't been able to find any passage that supports your statement that Jesus said "divorce your spouse if they fall in love with someone else, so that you can take the wrongness out of their affair." Please provide one, and I'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Well if you want to interpret scripture that way....my revelation is that "Mark the perfect man"....means literally that all men named Mark are perfect...or the antichrist's name is Mark...or all Marks are beasts....shall I go on???

This whole topic is no longer bizarre , it is blasphemous.

Don quotes Jesus Here-(Am I missing something?)

And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, EXCEPT IT BE FOR FORNICATION, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

Comparing it to Ken saying-

Do you KNOW Jesus? Is this the way of Jesus speaking? If your wife cheats on you, Divorce her.

Now try this. If your wife has fallen in love with another. Give her a divorce so she can be happy with the other, Take the wrong out of love.

I'll let Ken answer what He means but I think Kens just "softening" Christ words, in other words if your wife Cheats on you and commits fornication (Adultery) by falling in love with another, give her that divorice (Let her go) TAKE THE WRONG. Is in agreement with Christ. Jesus said EXCEPT FORNICATION. whereas I see Christ's leeway concerning it... Am I missing the "disagreement"? I might be lol! Sorry for the intrusion. I'm trying to see the misunderstanding or disagreement clearly, can you help?

I think Ken has dealt with these verses here but how do others who criticize how he deals with them explain the following verses?

Isaiah 23:17 And it shall come to pass after the end of seventy years, that the LORD will visit Tyre, and she shall turn to her HIRE, and SHALL COMMIT FORNICATION with all the kingdoms of the world upon the face of the earth.

Isaiah 23:18 And HER MERCHANDISE AND HER HIRE shall be HOLINESS TO THE LORD: it shall not be treasured nor laid up; for her merchandise shall be for them that dwell before the LORD, to eat sufficiently, and for durable clothing.

HOLINESS?????????

Yes, you are. The emphasis should be on honoring marraige, not justifying divorce.

See, Jesus was telling those that asked him that divorce was wrong (see the chapters previously provided for context).

Now the opposite of wrong is right; but Jesus never said that divorce was right. In fact, He said that it was adultery.

So if I divorce my wife (put her aside), then I'm wrong, plain and simple.

Jesus did throw in an exception: fornication. Why does Jesus now say I can put aside my wife? Because she had sex with someone else--while still married to me. This is known as "adultery."

Now, there are those that say that the word fornication refers to the cultural basis of the time, and that fornication is the proper word because the two people involved hadn't actually been married yet (i.e., they were engaged, and one of them had sex with someone else, and the intended husband or bride had grounds to set aside the intended marraige). I'm not totally convinced of that. The Greek word used in Matthew 19:9 is "porneia," which means illicit sexual intercourse, or the worship of idols. In the passages from Mark and Luke, only "adultery" is used. Of course, illicit sexual intercourse includes adultery.

So either way you go, Jesus was NOT saying "divorce your wife so her adultery will be okay"; He was saying, you won't be held accountable if you divorce your wife or husband because they committed adultery.

To say that this passage means "take the wrong out of love" is to give it a more heroic, self-sacrificial meaning than was intended, and literally reeks of justification for divorce instead of trying to honor marraige.

Which naturally leads to the next question: Is Ken divorced? Or has he been divorced?

Don, you said,

So either way you go, Jesus was NOT saying "divorce your wife so her adultery will be okay"; He was saying, you won't be held accountable if you divorce your wife or husband because they committed adultery.

This is all I see Ken saying. I actually ran the word fornication and saw "Adultery".

So Ken is saying on the basis of what you just shared (where I am in agreement on) that "let her go" (if she has done so- "commited adultery") If she has been with another "in this way", I still don't see your disagreement, except for that spirit of it. He's saying take the wrong done to you in the marriage (you did no wrong) she committed the wrong but "let her go" (if she desires to be apart not married/divorice) I just thought his way of putting it in this case was beautiful instead of hateful see?

Yes Kens married to a wonderful woman (I'll refrain from posting her name)

I don't know hey, Ken? Ever sin? I mean divorice? Makes no difference to me if you have but these fine folks want to know. Bring your armor if you have and duck the stones. ;)

Hey Don,

Do you want to take a stab at this one? These are the most avoided verses in scripture, everone side steps them everywhere I keep posting them. A stab in the dark?

Isaiah 23:17 And it shall come to pass after the end of seventy years, that the LORD will visit Tyre, and she shall turn to her HIRE, and SHALL COMMIT FORNICATION with all the kingdoms of the world upon the face of the earth.

Kenneth Gentry in his book Before Jerusalem Fell says that this number applies to Nero Ceasar and makes a good point that Emperor worship was very prevalent at that time. When Nero died there were rumors that he was still alive.

King Latinus who is responsible for the language of Latin in the year 666. I guess one number is as good as the rest... Brother Glen [IMG]

Yes I have been divorced. And I am remarried. Star has spoken to my second wife on the phone. What has this got to do with what Jesus is saying?

Jesus was speaking before He went to the cross about giving a divorce. The Law was intact then. Marriage is part of that Law. If Marriage is still under the law, then we still have the whole law to deal with. I suggest you run down to Old McDonald that has a farm, not the Golden Arches, and get some Sacrificial animals.

Sin ended at Calvary. Jesus was resurrected, Sin was not.

I refer to the day of the cross as a fulfillment of the prophecies. What I am dealing with here is the NATURE of Jesus Christ. How He is.

For Jesus to mean that it is alright to give a divorce to a spouse that cheats goes against everything Jesus said. Jesus always told us to take the wrong. Take more wrong. If it were just Adultery, Jesus would have said to forgive them 7 time 70 times, more if needed. (fornication is not just sex outside a marriage, it is a Relationship, an affair. People that care for each other).

When Jesus spoke of lusting for a woman, Jesus put all mankind (women included) into the same boat, all Guilty.

Jesus told the woman caught in adultery to go and sin no more. Ever think this was to protect the woman from the crowd that was just stopped from killing her? Had they caught her the next day doing the same thing, Would they again drop their stones? Seeing they are still not without sin to cast the first one.

Is it so hard to see a Loving Jesus? The Scriptures pour out the way Jesus is. And when you see a loving Jesus, then you see the Father, A loving God. Jesus said "I judge no man", Jesus said "The Father judgeth no man." Add this to "No shadow of turning"

Jesus did not come to condemn the World, but to save it. Remember the two disciples that wanted to destroy a town because they would not receive Jesus? Do you think it only applies to a town? Jesus does not destroy those that reject Him. The Love of Christ is not how they feel about Him, But how He and God feels about mankind.

(LUKE 9:53) And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem. (KJV)
(LUKE 9:54) And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? (KJV)
(LUKE 9:55) But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. (KJV)
(LUKE 9:56) For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village. (KJV)

Not come to destroy, No shadow of turning in Him. He does not change and become a judgmental Jesus.

Well this a pretty powerful statement and like most i would call you crazy but I know what it feels like to try and explain something you feel is of great importance and nobody gives you the chance so my advice to you is to check, recheck make sure you won't go to hell because of it then stick with it until the bitter end.

Blessedknight17,

Isaiah 28:15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:

Read in between

Isaiah 28:18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled (MADE VOID), and your agreement with hell SHALL NOT STAND; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.

To add to what Star said.

They are trodden down because the day of the cross is likened to treading a winepress. The day seen as 3 pictures is tread them in anger, Trample them in fury, Trodden in Wrath. Not attributes of a loving God, But three pictures for the day of the cross.

When God pours out His fury, it is looking at the Second picture. seeing the day as 2 12-hour periods. Jesus is in the heart of the earth. "You will seek Me and find Me, When you search for Me with your whole heart.

Jesus was separated from God at the Cross. Jesus had the iniquity of us all laid upon Him from Isaiah 53:6, And God's eyes are too pure to look upon iniquity. A House divided THEN.

Pharaoh's dream was doubled unto him twice (Gen 41:32) because it was ESTABLISHED by God, and He would shortly bring it to pass. God establishes things as three pictures. Here is a house divided established by seeing it as three pictures. all in the same verse:

(MATTHEW 10:35) For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. (KJV)

Hell ended on the Third day. To know a loving Christ is to know He would never leave hell (and He was there) and leave anyone there. The same as you would try to get your worst enemy out of a burning car.

The Churches have forgotten what John the Baptist said: "Behold the Lamb of God which TAKETH AWAY the sin of the World."

God's law in Deuteronomy 24:16 required every man to be put to death for His own sin. Jesus could not die for our sins, they had to BELONG to Him. So at death on the cross, Future sins ended. Past and present ended with His stripes we are healed.

Jesus is the SPOTLESS Lamb of God, But not while in the Cross, He had to die with sin to get the keys to death and hell He needed to get to those in Hell. Jesus is the STREET. He has to provide the way for them to get across.

Jesus is the SPOTLESS Lamb of God as He offers Himself in the Garden of Gethsemane to do the will of the Father. And that will included His taking our sins upon Himself.

Jesus fulfilled Daniel's 9:24 end of sin and bringing in everlasting righteousness at Calvary. There Death ended, we go from life on earth with God to life with God in heaven.

Daniel's 70 weeks is all seen in one day, a day seen in Daniel as the Vision of the Evening and the Morning.

(DANIEL 8:26) And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days. (KJV)

The Vision is for MANY DAYS. But it is ONE Evening and Morning. or a full day.

As God MULTIPLIES Visions, it is seen in many ways, in Scripture. Daniel's 70 weeks. Nebuchadnezzar's dreams. Even the Creation story itself.

The Evening and the Morning were the first day
The Evening and the Morning were the Second day
The Evening and the Morning were the Third day.

This is the Same Evening and Morning see as all the days, as a week.

(ISAIAH 30:26) Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound. (KJV)

(GENESIS 2:4) These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens, (KJV)

IN THE DAY. Which is as the Light of seven days. Which is as 1,000 years.

Jesus takes the sin of the world. Now the Curses that came because of sin fall on Jesus also.

Jerusalem had to be desolate 70 years. Jesus is likened to Adam, alive 930 years, dead or desolate 70 years. So at the end of 70 years God visits Tyre (Jesus)

(KJV)

Committing Fornication is Holiness unto the Lord, for Jesus is a Jew who loves all people, Fornication is to LOVE others. Even those outside marriage. Remember that Believers are as in a marriage, Consider what reaching for a non-believer (outside the marriage) then is.

What's the history of Tyre, Star? Knowing that, you can answer this question yourself.

Answer this one for me: Do Proverbs 26:4 and 5 contradict each other? If not, can you explain them? (if you can't, I can)
