Matthew 23:26 " MT: you* that all– TR/ CT: you*, all"

Matthew 26:17 "MT: we will prepare – TR/ CT: we shall prepare"

    Matthew 26:23 " MT: {yet} – TR/ CT: omit"

That is interesting, but not really suprising considering that each group of texts were compilations using multiple (and sometimes the same) texts. Each was also created using differences in scholrship.

I don't want to start any kind of argument but I would like to know what Ruckman,Gipp,Riplinger, Waite would feel about the above. Their hated CT agrees with their beloved TR. But honestly those that claim the TR is a representitive of the Byzantine text what would they do with this evidence?

And the Byzantines agree with the CT against the TR on occasion also. But the Byz agrees with the TR against the CT on far more occasions. Eclectic texts like the CT, by their very nature, cannot close themselves off to the Byz entirely, because many times the correct reading appears to be in the Byz.
